He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The gold chain is absolutely beautiful — high quality, well-crafted, and looks even better in person. The packaging was elegant and made the whole experience feel premium. You can really tell they care about both their products and their customers. He was so kind and helpful and accommodating helping me to find exactly the right purchase.
