We’ve used this pharmacy for years. Main problem: I’ll get message saying my TX are ready after a certain time, and of course they won’t be. Something is systemically wrong with their procedures. Sometimes I’m told the pharmacy is ‘out’ of a particular drug and I’ll have to wait 2-3 days. Don’t they know when supply is low? The pharmacists are helpful, but I can’t say the same for some of the counter workers.

The comments are very true, about your doctor putting in a medication in advance notice and still not ready. I need an antibiotic, the prescription was placed in the morning and literally I went 15 mins before close and still not ready. The part that really made me upset, the clerk said it was an insurance issue. I thought odd, I went to the car and called my insurance rep (24hrs line) and the rep said medications like that are automatically approved quickly. She informed they received the approval they probably just didn't finish it or started working on it. I tried to transfer it to another giant pharmacy open later but they looked in the system and said they could not fill it because this location started working on it but didn't finish it. Very unprofessional to lie to a customer, especially when I can go do a background check. I will not still with this location no more. If I could wait for the medication I just would have did my mail in pharmacy.

I hate filling prescriptions at the Giant pharmacy. It doesn't matter how much advance notice you give them of a pickup time, the prescription is never ready. I think they do it deliberately to make you shop while you wait. I really hate this pharmacy.

I recommend this pharmacy. The staff works very hard and Vera the pharmacy manager really does anything she can to help the customers keep their healthcare consistent. Monthly automatic refills have been really helpful for me and they text you when your prescriptions are ready.

The pharmacist Beth is racially motivated. Filled my prescription last month then tells me n my doctor that she isn’t comfortable filling it next month judging me as a young black man with metal in my body like im faking an injury and fabricating my e prescription which shows why I get the medicine I do! She is unprofessional n uses slurs to hurt feelings n belittle me and my doctor.

I usually have good service here, the staff are very helpful and work very hard. I especially appreciate the gentleman at the Cashier, Ryan. He did everything he could to help me when my discount code wouldn’t work, and seemed to really care. Don’t see that too often these days. I appreciate everything you guys do!

To call the management of this store incompetent would be an insult to incompetent people.Today, all of the registers needed an override but the MOD was on a smoke break or who knows what. So there I am, with ice cream melting, second in line, for 20 minutes.

Terrible pharmacy. The people working here are great and worked to the bone. They are constantly understaffed and the line is always 5-6 deep. If you call in to talk to someone it is impossible. You can leave a voicemail, but that has failed to produce results, so I am now waiting in a line for 20+ minutes for the second time in a day to get meds that ran out days ago.

The people there work hard and are very friendly. Seems like they deal with a more challenging crowd but they do a great job. All Pharmacies seem under-staffed these days and there are waits at all of them. Whatever the system with all the lights seems to need an upgrade.

I'm surprised this pharmacy has any less than 5 stars. Their customer service is beyond exceptional. I would prefer to go somewhere smaller, obviously, but I come here because of the great customer service. I want the employees to know how much I appreciate them, especially considering what customer service has become today. God bless, they work very hard.

Can hardly get them to answer phone it ridiculous and when they say your medicine be ready it not you got wait 15-20 minutes

Just left Giant Supermarket in Reisterstown Plaza customer service was outrageous after I spent $300 in there they wouldn't even give me change to a 20 and that and then got real indignant about it unbelievable!!!!

Went to the deli. I was the only customer there as he played with his cheese on the scale. Says nothing to me, not I'll be right with you. Nothing. Another store associate walked up with a to-go/Uber/whatever. Cheese player takes HIS order.My money is not green enough nor my patience long enough for this. Bring your own bag, check out your own order and wait until I FEEL LIKE waiting on you.pass

Very bad communication with the pharmacy, they had me on a hold and then they hung up on me because they closed at 5. One of the pharmacist, he is so rude and mean, doesn’t acknowledge you and he did not care for me like the way he should.
