I love price on seafood and Deli lunch meat always fresh. And Ms.Pam at customers service always speaks when customer come in to Giant and the only store I shop at I pay 10 cab togo there it's worth to me compared to regular food store in this area

This giants location seriously need to do a clean sweep of employees there rude and act as if you asking for assistance or guide in the store about items they give off a nonchalant attitude and or act as if they don't hear u at all in my opinion lact of performance is due to lack of them having the concern of being reprimanded is why new leadership should be enforced

Giant pharmacy the employees are very disrespectful and rudeThe guy pharmacist and then two employees that answer the phone are very disrespectful they try to treat you as if you don't matter

The employees here are ridiculously rude and absurdly disrespectful. I will most definitely be going to a non-Giant pharmacy in the future. Clearly they could care less about whether or not customers come here to have their prescriptions filled.Update: 5/24Perfect example of the lack of customer service you will receive here. I JUST missed a phone call by 2 minutes because I was on the phone with my bank. I hang up with them and call the pharmacy right away because I have someone picking up 2 prescriptions for me today and I recognized the phone number. Instead of being told WHY they called, I was told to hang up, listen to the voice mail, and then call them back when I can tell them why they called. When I asked how that made any sense, I was put on hold for upwards of 10 minutes while they figured out why they called me. Make it make sense. Please. Just make it make sense.

Use to go here for my meds. Been there enough that multiple employees recognize me. Might have something to do with understanding the retail field or/ and knowing the hidden truth about how our medical field has gotten so much worse.With that the only complaint I have would be the difficulty of reaching someone by phone.

Poorest customer service I've ever seen,So bad I canceled my purchase and ask for a store manager,waited 20 minutes and they send out a so called front end manager who dose'nt have a clue about keeping your customers coming back and then wants to give me attitude in front of his co-workers.By far the worst experience I've had shopping.If you like a GHETTO mentality at check out go here.

Not my favorite grocery store to patronize, but they are good for picking up a few items. The dim lights make the store look old and worn down, and it's lend to a relaxing shopping experience. The store is frequently out of store prepared produce (chopped onions and peppers) that making cooking more convenient. They are mostly always stocked in other areas, which is a plus though. In addition, they have many questionable practices that take away from the experience. -They have a great deal of security procedures that make their customers seem like criminals--- although I do believe that a great deal of crime happens in and around the store. Crab meat and other expensive items have to be held at the front. - The have slim to no Covid procedures (crowded stores) and employees wear their masks incorrectly as well as customers. -Store brand chicken is pumped with sodium for some odd reason- I won't buy it. Over all it serves its purpose as a quick in and out grocery run, but it is not my preference.

The pharmacist does not show any compassion or empathy to patients. Very rude and I also left a Google review with pics. However your employee Valisa, she is awesome!!!!!! Thank goodness for her there!
