The security officers look sketchy as hell making me feel like I’m being watched by big brother while I’m trying to shop. Also the hours at this store is crazy tell me how this is the only store in the entire area that doesn’t open at six and close at 10 these hours have made it extremely inconvenient for me on several occasions and needs to be changed to match the other stores in the area

This used to be a good Giant, now there is one way in and one way out...Before they used to ask paper or plastic now I have to ask someone for a paper bag that you are now charging me for what if I can't afford the food and the bags make it make sense. If you no longer provide plastic bags fine but why are you charging for paper bags. Sad sad sad

If you want to look like a thief, You have to visit this grocery store. The security man does not allow you to enter your bag with you and does not provide you with a safe place to put it,,,, as if he is telling you that you are not welcome

I live close to Giant , I love it in they lunch meat always fresh and Customer Service is great Ms.Pam at customer service desk she always smiling and funny this store get 20 stars. The whole stuff is great

The grocery store is wonderful. However a lady named celeste that works in the pharmacy is not great. Waited in line to get my prescription that was called in 2 days prior. When it was my turn i gave her my info and she told me to have a seat and it would be 15 minutes. After waiting 25 min i ask whats going on and im told i need to get back in line. I explained i had already gone through the line and the lady celeste told me to sit and wait. Celeste was no longer behind the counter at the pharmacy and the other lady told me she would see what was going on once she finished helping her customer. Once she was free she looked back and asked the pharmacist for my medication. He pulled it off the shelf, and turns out it had already been filled 2 days prior. So either celeste was to lazy to help me or wanted me to waste my time.

I had brought some Lamb Chops it stink so bad I took them back to customer service the cashier was Rude he was talking on the phone and stead of giving me my refund will not be Shopping shut this damn store down immediately
