Tisha I believe was her name (long bright red braids) was amazing. I never leave a review of a grocery store but she made my day. I had one of those carts where the wheel kept skipping and was messed up . She saw me in the dairy aisle and said she had a different cart right in the back.. and then she exchanged it and switched it for me right there. I’ve never had anyone do that. Her service went above and beyond. She was also in the middle of stocking and she stopped and helped me out. Please thank her again for me. She is good people in the world. ?I appreciate it.

Good selection of products and prices are decent. Some organic and local options available. It seems to not be well staffed. Self checkout is helpful for fast exit. Ample parking and carts. Close to other businesses like juice bar and Chipotle for other stops.

In no 3rd world country is this Acceptable but here we are.

Overall a decent store - good sales and the location is close to me so I go there for 90% of my grocery shopping. However, I have received pre-packaged meals and seafood, portions of bagged produce (onions, potatoes, tomatoes, store-brand mandarin oranges) and milk that were spoiled/rotten when I bought them, or spoiled within a day or two of purchase a significant number of times over the years. Some of these spoiled items were available for sale past their expiration date (I didn't notice until I got home), and some were spoiled even before expiration date. Because of the frequency with which I notice spoiled items, I have often wondered if the store has issues with its refrigeration system. If the location was not so convenient, I would choose to shop at another store.

The deli staff & self check-out personnel were at a level of efficiency and helpfulness. Always appreciative. And 4.99 sushi isn't bad either when it's continuously like that or occasionally.

This Giant is not my favorite mainly because they are often low on many of the products and very busy. They do have a wide selection of gluten free items, which I appreciate.
