It is hard to "love" a grocery store, but this one is pretty good! I had never been to this location and stopped in on a whim. This store is GIANT! It seem much larger than my local store. I found everything I needed rather easily. I will say, however, that the bakery was lacking in available product, specifically donuts on my visit... So, instead of a dozen, I could only get 5.The self-checkouts are typically annoying and can really slow you down with constant stops to call for assistance. Yuck.

My only complaint is forcing people not to use self check out because of the amount of items then only keeping two lanes open. No one was at the self check out. Just let me scan my own dang groceries, man.

Number one in selection if they don't have it you don't need. Moderately overpriced. Look for exactly what you want and don't expect any bargains

The pharmacy is the absolute worst!! 1.Refills through the app aren't ready for atleast 7 days.2. Always short staffed.3. Makes excuses for prescription not being ready as promised or in a timely manner.Today's excuse, "it's the day before Thanksgiving, we're very busy."Faxt of the matter is, there's always a problem here, not just the day before Thanksgiving. They don't respect their customers time. I don't want to hear excuses or an apology, I want my prescription to be ready when I arrive.ZERO STARS!

GAINT OUTING PART 1: AMAZING! The discount bin in the corner of the store never does me wrong! I got body wash, a marshmallow, and a loose battery, all under two dollars! The body wash was even pre opened for me! Another great day at giant. Updates soon to come.

It was totally ridiculous no one picked up in customer service. All I wanted to do was ask them if they had any Birchwood left, was trying to stop to get some firewood to light up my fire piT.... so what I'm going to do is bypass this giant and go elsewhere.. so now I'm on my third attempt still no answer Giant Supermarket y'all should be ashamed of yourselves.. or put someone in customer service who can multitask.

Only problem I have is I'm tired ofall the pharmacies never answering the phone it could be a very important and we can never get through or when we do get through nobody picks it up somebody needs to be in charge of that I have a prescription I need to be filled and unfortunately I don't have the RX number so now I have to go to the store and then I have to wait an hour for my prescription to be filled when I could just call it in it's been going on for years and it's very disappointing??♀️

The pharmacy is the worst Ive ever dealt with but its close to my house so......They are always busy, never have enough people or you have to explain yourself on the phone over and over again. Customer service needs to be improved.
