I have paid for a cameo to be placed on my brother's marker in July of 2024. The process is still not completed. I have been to the cemetery on several occasions to address with Kayla. I have several email exchanges with Kayla Olender. The follow up is poor or nonexistent until I reach out. The interaction lacks consistency. I expressed this to the general manager. Most recently, 10/10.24, I was supposed to have a face-to-face meeting with Kayla, that her manager/ supervisor (Dina Miller) scheduled, and she was not on site; and I was not notified prior to my arrival. Later in the evening, I had a Webex with Kayla to finalize the proof. She knew I would be on vacation for the week of 10/12-10/19/24. She told me I would be getting an email possibly around 10/15/24. I checked emails (she uses two different accounts) and nothing arrived for me to actually finalize. Payment was completed and accepted timely, but nothing else has been.

I'd rather be cremated then buried here. My dad was buried on Father's Day weekend and his grave is already caving in. I have asked them several times to please fix it and they have not. They have dishonored my father's memory.

Gardens of Faith provided superb services for the recent passing of our dear mother. We had a pre and post funeral meeting with Kayla, the gathering was both informative and comforting to the family. Highly recommended this facility for you or your families needs during those difficult times in life !

I am Ms. Cassandra J. Carter and our Mother Mrs. Norma J. Carter was memorialized at The Gardens Of Faith Memorial Gardens on January 11th, 2021. Her sacred and beautiful ceremony was directed by her niece, Mrs. Pat Greenhill (of Clinton MD) and she was assisted by several family members. The Memorial Photo Displays and The Floral Centerpiece with the Crystal Cross and the White and Red Roses were elegant and truly beautiful! Dale Thomas our (Family Service Counselor) was patient and encouraging as my brother and cousin Ricky and Michael Carter assisted me with completing the essential and administrative documents. Dale and another staffer guided us through the complex paperwork and other essential documents. Due to my brother Ricky being a Frontline Worker we had time constraints! I was very worried about getting a Memorial Urn in time for our Lovely Mother’s Sacred Service. Another staff member provided me with a Unique and Beautiful Urn which they had on display! This was a Wonderful Save! Dale assisted me (with the help of my cousin Michael ) as we selected a special niche for her final resting place in The Mausoleum! Ricky added a special touch as he played taps on his drum ?before the service. Our cousin Minister Gilbert A. Ruffin greeted everyone warmly and he shared scriptures and delivered a soothing prayer of comfort to our family. Pastor, P.M. Smith delivered her eulogy and he he took care of all of the particulars throughout our Mother’s Dear Cousin Larry honored our Mother, Ms. Jean with a Heavenly Song!??Our brother Daryl had a very important role in our Mother’s (Ms. Jean’s)Memorial Service. He held our Mother’s Beautiful Urn for our photographer/ videographer Ricky Moyd, before it was placed in her Glass Niche! Finally, I would like to thank Dale and the Admin. Staff at The Gardens Of Faith Memorial Gardens in Rosedale, MD
because they really assisted us in celebrating our Mother’s Home-going! It was a sacred and well planned. ?????????Thanks To Pastor P.M. Smith, My Huber Church Family, Dear Relatives and Friends (Near and Far) who made our Beloved Mother?? Ms Jean’s Final Journey A Blessed and Spectacular Finish! “Loving You Mother Was Easy Because You Were So Kind And Beautiful!”Your Daughter, CJC.?Peace ☮️ and Blessings Always, Ms. Cassandra J. We had a life celebration for our deceased sister on 11/4/2023 at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens. Over 60 people attended, and everyone enjoyed the experience. Dina Miller and the staff were the most compassionate and attentive team I've ever worked with. The tent, tables, chairs, food and the "life celebration" table showing our sister's career and interests was beautiful! They even had a working slot machine that everyone enjoyed! The acoustics were perfect as I used a microphone to address our family & friends with memories about our sister's life and times. If I could - I'd give 6 stars for the rating. The staff at Gardens of Faith are experts at taking a sad experience and truly making it a celebration of life with joyful memories. THANK YOU for creating a memorable experience for our family!The Russo Family

I showed up to review legacy lots in your cemetery, owned by my deceased parents.Kayla greeted me and immediately took time to pull their information and meet with me to go over details.Her level of knowledge, willingness to help and exemplary customer service was at the highest level.It's not often that we stumble upon someone so engaged and sincerely interested in helping come to conclusions in what is an emotionally charged time.Kayla's compassion and knowledge made this experience, and I highly recommend this business for their customer service.
