I have grandkids, so this is a great way to stay connected with them. I have used GS for treats and rewards as well as for my own gaming needs. Have been a Pro member but since moving to the other side of the country, I'm not shopping there as frequently. A happy gamer, nevertheless.

Very poor customer service. When I walked in they didn't even acknowledge me. I had to interrupt the employees personal conversation to ask for what I needed. Their demeanor was of a person who doesn't want to be there, so they should have stayed home.

Genevieve is absolutely the best! I called in and asked a few questions about my online order. This has to be 5th GameStop Ive called! She took an extra few minutes and answered them and didn’t brush me off like the rest! She was able to point me in the right direction. I truly appreciate her generosity! Thank you!

Only one person working this close to Christmas is not acceptable. There was a line at the door people leaving while one person was working. Do not recommend this store to anyone. Poor customer service
