The restaurant is very cute inside clean neat and the cashier and the rest of the wait staff wonderful the food was incredible the empanadas were to die for and the tamale yes yes creamy chicken was tasty tasty and the Pupusa's ate both of them before I pulled out of my parking space

We stop by the store around 6:50pm because we didn’t know if they close at 7 PM. Basically the lady who was the cashier kicked us out! We were there like five minutes and then she was like we close in 10 minutes and after that she was like we’re close very rude! We were not gonna spend that much timeBut she kicked us out not very nice!! not going back to this store!! She would’ve just leave us there for 15 more minutes!!

I visited this store for the first time in Pikesville since I was just visiting Maryland and was in the area. The store Manager, Jessica Meskin was so amazing, so professional and had such amazing fashion suggestions. Her positive and friendly energy and professionalism made me stay longer in the store and I was able to buy beautiful items from her store.

We stopped in to check out their clothes. They have a very nice section and my daughter liked everything she saw. My only issue is that the staff were too absorbed in their conversations with each other to even acknowledge customers' existence. I did not hear them greet anyone upon entering or exiting. But I know now a lot more than I could possibly want to know about the staff.

It's always a great time when I visit this location as well as any other Francesca's location. The staff is always friendly and willing to help! I've never been to a location where I haven't experienced the same superior quality customer service as well as being able to shop quality clothing items. They have the best deals ever! And their emails are so informative!! You must register to get on their email list! This location is closest to my house and only 11 minute ride and directly next to Starbucks! You talk about a win when and when situation! I love how girly girl and dainty this store is! Definitely no place for males unless they're gift shopping ;) Girls Rule Only type store! I love how they have the accessories separate from the clothing items but can mix with the clothing items so that you can get ideas on how to wear the items if you request. Sometimes they'll be proactive, and bring you jewelry to match items that you've decided to try on. Francesca's sell shoes... Comfortable shoes! And I love their miscellaneous and gift section. They also have a good selection of wedding items for bride-to-be and wedding parties. This place is absolutely awesome! If you haven't been here, treat yourself one day and take a walk in... I promise you you'll find something that you like!

I shop here a lot--way more than I should--and it is always the perfect shopping experience. Merchandise-wise, they have lots of selection and usually have multiples of each size, and the store is very well organized and maintained.
The merchandise I'm purchased always fits soooo comfortably, and everything I own and have seen looks great on all body-types, which is fantastic! Great for people who are a bit self-conscious, you will look good in what you buy here.:) (Speaking of which, I get many compliments on my outfits from this store!:)))
One big part that makes me keep coming back as much as I do are the sales associates. I'm not sure if that's their exact title, but legitimately these lovely ladies who always help me seem more like personal stylists and friends than just retail workers. They have always genuinely wanted to see you look and FEEL good, and they are great at finding similar styles you might like, and finding great shoes or accessories to match something you found!:)
While names escape me horribly right now, and I do hope I can give these fantastic ladies credit later, I absolutely want to thank thank the manager of this awesome store, the gal that gave me an Uber reference to help me visit my boyfriend, the hyper lady that tried on dresses with me near closing, and everyone who makes me feel beautiful every time I walk in and out of this store.<3<3<3
