I love it here. ? All the tellers are so welcoming. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.When you come in you can feel the warm and beautiful ? smiles. Their customer service is excellent. I give them a 100% down right NICE!!! To all the beautiful ladies stay blessed and safe.

I have to agree with nothing occurring in real time and old school resolutions still using fax and snail mail. The good news is in two weeks the are updating a number of things to make it better. Let's hope. Thanks marketing.

I have been a member at this credit union since I was a teen. I find it to be very old fashion and behind the times. Almost everything has to be done in person or via fax. Everything is a process. If you are looking for things to be done quickly, I wouldn't recommend them. Their hours are odd and when I call during those hours, it's a normal occurrence to be sent to voicemail. I don't feel completely in control of my funds because of this and I have resorted to using this account for petty cash only. I would like to mention Holly. She is very helpfully and always seems to be available to answer my questions or get me over to the right person, even if it is not apart of her scope.
