Jen was so helpful when purchasing my first home! She was so great throughout the process. I was finishing up my first year of law school and she was very accommodating. My wife and I highly recommend working with Eric Figurelle when choosing a realtor in Baltimore. Eric made the home buying and selling process for my wife and I very easy. We initially connected with him through Zillow because of our interest in touring a home for sale. From our first encounter, Eric made us very comfortable. He was supportive, always stayed calm, and listened first always before responding. He helped us make all the decisions while never trying to influence us. It was these characteristics that stood out to me working with him. Eric was always responsive to emails, phone calls and texts anytime we needed him. He even specifically made himself available during a scheduled vacation to keep us on track.We didn’t require Eric to show us a bunch of houses, but Eric helped us identify why the house we selected was the house was the right one for us. He helped us get the best purchase price below asking price. His team and network got us to the closing table within 30 days ensuring everything in the new home was in order. Eric always got all of our questions answered in a timely manner. In turn, Eric got us a contract on the house we were selling within 48 hours of putting on the market for above listing price. Eric worked with our timetable for preparing our house for sale. We waited until we physically moved before listing the house for sale which meant we took pictures while we still occupied the house and left limited items in the house for tours. Eric and his team presented our house in the best way possible through the listing and social media marketing which in turn got us the best value in return.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and intend to work with Eric again the future when necessary.

I can not say enough good things about my experience using Jennifer Hansson as my realator. If you are serious about buying a house, she will find it for you. Jennifer made sure I got the best deal when buying my home. She was with me every step of the way. She was always on time, on top of everything, and knows her stuff. I've purchased other homes using a few different realators before and Jennifer Hansson with be the first one I will use again. She is that good!

Eric Figurelle helped me find my perfect first home!!!! He stuck with me for over a year until we found the perfect house. He helped me say no to the houses that weren’t for me and having that second “yes” vote when I did find the perfect home was invaluable. This will only be a success if you have the very best, most ethical and experienced agent who is dedicated to go many extra miles for you. That has unquestionably been Jennifer Hansson at the Figurelle Team.Jennifer always took our calls and immediately responded to our texts and emails. She toured many homes for us, bringing us with her virtually through FaceTime, and provided hours of thoughtful insight as to Baltimore's diverse neighborhoods. Her knowledge of Balitmore is rich.We entered into contract on a house that ultimately we pulled out of because of the concerns by a home inspector selected by Jennifer for his long experience inspecting Baltimore homes. We are so grateful to him. When we found the right home, Jennifer deftly negotiated a price reduction for us, again, following inspection.We now own a home in Baltimore that is perfect for our needs, but Jennifer's dedication did not stop there. Because we are not local and have no contacts in Baltimore, Jennifer met with two flooring contractors to get us to bids after closing, and her team inspected the work for us, with photos. It was a lot for us to ask of her, and she was very gracious and happy to help us out. She even connected us with her friend's daughter to find a us tenant for the house.If your looking for an agent, look no further. Jennifer Hansson is, by all accounts, a superstar!
