I've been coming here for a few years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Mr. Ray is honest and doesn't prey on females, as I've experienced at other places. You can tell he cares about people and really wants to help them. He reminds me of my grandfather and how he treated customers at his shop (RIP).

I found this shop purely by chance and am I happy I did. I've been patronizing Mr. Ferrell's ever since. He's a real blessing because of his thoroughness, knowledge, price, and guarantee, reliability of his work. Even sent my daughter to him. Trust me he's the best in the Baltimore area.
