Just wanted to give a shout out to the team here. I’ve been printing our restaurant menus here since we opened in the fall of 2022 and the staff have always been so helpful and kind, even when I’ve been clearly stressed. They all do a great job. Thank you!

This place is fine unless you need to arrive around their stated opening and closing times—they rarely open and close at the times stated on the door or online. Wish they’d just update hrs on Google when they don’t plan to open.

Staff members were polite. However, I visited this office to get a package with the we-missed-you note today. It’s meaningless of the staff at the counter to ask me to find the package’s tracking number when they could actually get the tracking number with the door tag number on the we-missed-you note. So, I left the counter, got the tracking number on the FedEx website with my cell phone, and came back to the counter and waited in the line again. It was just a waste of each other’s time.

I am writing to share my recent experience at one of your locations, specifically with an employee named Dashawn. Unfortunately, my encounter with Dashawn was less than satisfactory, and I believe it’s essential to provide feedback.
Here are the details of my experience:
Lack of Name Plate:
Dashawn was not wearing a name plate, which made it challenging for me to identify him.
Unlike other staff members who had visible name badges, Dashawn’s lack of identification caused confusion.
Unwelcoming Attitude:
From the moment I approached the counter, Dashawn’s demeanor was unwelcoming.
His initial interaction lacked the warmth and courtesy I expect from customer service representatives.
Inconsistent Application of Policy:
Dashawn requested my ID to ship two envelopes, which I provided.
However, I noticed that he did not ask the woman behind me for her ID when she stepped forward.
When I inquired about the difference, Dashawn responded defensively, stating it was company policy.
Instead of explaining the policy calmly, he became combative.
Sarcastic and Unhelpful Behavior:
When I asked what would happen if I couldn’t read the policy, Dashawn’s response was sarcastic.
He directed me to a desk where the policy was displayed, implying that I should read it myself.
When I persisted, he abruptly stated he wouldn’t argue with me and walked away.
Overall Impression:
Dashawn’s behavior was demeaning and smug, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard.
As a customer, I expect respectful and professional interactions, regardless of the situation.
I believe that constructive feedback can lead to positive changes. I hope this incident can serve as an opportunity for improvement within your team.

Fast and friendly service! They were busy the day I visited the store. I was taken care of and out of there in less than 7 minutes. Staff was courteous and diligent.

I typically receive helpful service here for printing needs. I also typically help myself by using the self-service printers. I have used FedEx Kinkos for quick printing needs since 2004 and I’m pretty well versed in what I need help with vs what I do not.Today I needed help with specific but very simple printing needs - all i needed was to print some documents as “not fit to page” which I can’t do with the self-service machines. I know this because I have had to do it before.I came in and to the customer’s eye it was not busy but I make no assumptions. I waited patiently for help and when called up I explained my situation (I’m not able to print what I want on self service, if I send it to you can you help me?)The person working didn’t understand what I needed help with, so I explained with print terms - I need to print marks and bleeds on 8.5x11 but if I use printandgo machines, I’m not able to do that and it stretches my image to fit the whole page. I explained - all you have to do when you go to print the document I email you is select “do not fit to page.”This person rolled their eyes and told me - yeah whatever send it over i guess and we’ll see what we can do. I went to look for the business card with the email on it to send my files over and when I couldn’t find a card, I looked up to see him telling a coworker what I had requested and I saw him throw his hands up in the air like he was annoyed. He came back to me and I said - i’m sorry, is this an inconvenience for you? and he started laughing - like cackling. I was not trying to Karen, I don’t think my needs were absurd or asking too much from anyone. I was asking for help with a simple task that I just don’t have access to as a customer. And it wasn’t something that as a person in the print department, they should have been confused by.The rest of my interaction with this person was just full of attitude. I asked if there was an issue and he still laughing sarcastically said noooo not at allllll.I wrapped it up and told him I would just find somewhere else to print. He said ok. He never apologized or tried to help. Just laughed more.I am a local business and I often use this spot for larger poster prints, foam board prints, etc etc etc and I’m not looking forward to having to find another spot but I think that’s where I’m at after this really off putting interaction.

I can't say enough amazing things about the staff at this location, particularly Kyle and Amanda. I came in with a very time-sensitive and important (to me) job, and they were so patient with me as I worked out some technical issues on my end and some technical difficulties with the printing. They were patient as I worked through my resolution issues on my print piece, and they were persistent with their own alignment issues on the printer. Everything turned out awesome, and now I'm ready for my presentation. Thank you to the whole team at 3003 N. Charles street for a job VERY well done!
