Today around noon I was running some errands and was driving on the 7900 block of Old Harford Rd. Suddenly a FedEx delivery driver pulled up to a stop sign on a side street. Only he didn't stop! He pulled out right in front of me. I had to slam my brakes so I wouldn't hit him. The truck immediately turned onto the next side street. This driver was very wreckless and could have caused a terrible accident. Especially considering there were a few vehicles behind me

Horrible customer service representatives and processes. Fully taking advantage of customers and their reps cannot speak English nor do they tell the truth - they told us our package was delayed bcz of a snow storm in Memphis, TN... blatant lies and they overcharge for 2day delivery and delivered in 13 days... Horrible horrible service but there isn't an alternative.
