FedEx Office i.e. Kinko was always my favorite place to go. FedEx Office can be render expensive, but they get the job done. I've always received a quality, ready for prime product from them. Yes! They do hurt my pockets!?

WARNING: FEDEX ARE THIEVES AND ARE OK WITH THEIR DRIVERS TAKING YOUR PACKAGES!!!I ordered a phone through Xfinity to be delivered on thursday july 28th and it did not arrive. instead, i received an email from Xfinity to activate my new phone. I called Fedex to track the package and they said it was delivered at 10:35am and signed for. The Fedex driver signed and stole my package. A case was filed over the phone and they said it would take 48 hours. its been almost a week and nothing has been done. Fedex is ok with their drivers stealing as their is no possible way to prove against them. they dont need to get out and sign for your packages. they can be at their own home and say they delivered the package they want to keep for themselves. multiple reports on here state their driver stole their package and they are not lying. DONT ALLOW FEDEX TO DELIVER IF YOU CAN HELP IT!

Driver didn't deliver my package n Lie n said, he did! Cameras are n my apt building So he will be caught in a lie! SMH! Hopefully he never deliver to my building again n I'm not the only one who didn't receive their package Very disappointing

It's location is not ideal for expeditious shipping when driving there due to parking space availability. The Saturday workers didn't seem enthusiastic to move to briskly help patrons.
