I recently had a disappointing experience at a Family Dollar store. I bought a dip and didn't notice until I got home that it had already been opened. It was very disgusting.

my son went in this store and came out upset because this rude girl employee yelled at him because all he did was smell tide laundry detergent and accused him of pouring it to a other bottle she has no right to yell at my kid over something so stupid like that.

First time shopping here. The store has a great selection of items. I found some amazing deals. The best part was the check out experience. Rashad was very personable, a quality that's hard to find now a days. I will definitely be back.

What is going on at Family Dollar? My mother and I visited a Family Dollar store on 09/25/23. The aisles were cluttered with boxes of unopened merchandise and the shelves were not stocked. The store was in a state of disarray. The worst store was the Family Dollar #11850 located on N. Point Blvd by Sudsville. My mother asked me to take her to that location because it was closer to her home. Upon entering the store, I noticed a lot of boxes and a register with no line and one cashier. As you near the middle and back of the store, if you get there, you will be met by mostly boxes, disarrayed shelves and items with no prices. This was absolutely the worst. It looked as if a tornado had ransacked the store. You literally could not walk in any of the aisles because of boxes of merchandise. This location has gone from bad to worse and my mother and I will no longer shop here. I live in Dundalk and there is a Dollar General located on Merritt Blvd. that is so well organized and clean and it's a pleasure to shop in there. I told my mother that I will take here there to shop. However, it's an inconvenience when you have to travel back and forth when you have the same type of store not far from your home. Maybe corporate needs to hire new management! Today, with so many other shopping options, consumers want to be rewarded when they make the effort to walk into a store. A dirty, disorganized store says the retailer doesn't care about the store or the shopper. So keep the stores clean and the toilets flushing or it will cost you customers.

Spent 5 minutes in this place before the fireworks show dundalk displays. The air conditioning was clearly broken and it felt like hell on earth in there. It was cooler OUTSIDE since the sun was down when I visited. I can't even comment on the cleanliness of the store since it was so deliriously hot in there all I could think about was exiting the place, but I do not know how the employees survived an entire shift in there. Not even a fan running for their relief????

This was my first (and last) visit to this establishment in a long. The line only had 3 people in front of me and the wait was 35 mins, the cashier didn't seem to have help(since she couldn't figure out the customer's order) & when I tried to seem sympathetic to the cashier she was rude. ?

1.Very poorly understocked only one worker stocks the store by herself with no help2. Store is junk shop &dirty3.nasty attitude employees4 .racially profiled a darkskin black couple husband & wife with dreadlocks in they heads one new female employee5. Long lines usually only 1 cashier worker it's 3 lane's but only 1 line operates

Junkie, messy, disarray, empty shelves, floor crowded with merchandise needing to be restocked, narrow space for maneuvering, and short staffed. The young African American cashier woman was helpful delightful and maintained a pleasing atitude. She was ringing customers, answering questions about merchandise, and price checking. She was like a one woman show. Just a nerve racking shopping experience.The store appears to be very short staffed. I was in there for over 20 minutes and an issue required a manager. Was a manager on duty? The store needs some HELP! When a store is in such a mess it makes it difficult to rate. Corporate as well as the manager of the stores all know; where you are lacking in the everyday operation of the store and what needs to be implemented. I would have given a 2 1/2. FAMILY DOLLAR you really need to get it together.

I am at this location right now and came to see if they had a charger piece to my phone and was told by one of the employees where I could find it and for me to not mess the area up. I am a 50yr old woman and know not to mess up areas but in all my days have I ever had and employee respond to me in that manner. His name is Gary.

so the people who work in family dollar are ghetto lack of and they think all black people are alike we arent i dont do that im my own person but a good affrodable store undeducated and unforgiving employees yet im a customer i also got hte crimed there near gerbecks and by cavan hastings

They haven't been open the last 3 times I've stopped here during normal business hours. They should edit the hours on Google or post bigger signs stating they're closed. Though, they should close permanently because a majority of their employees are horrible.
