I use to work for this place when the managers was stealing they're filthy I'm talking rodents cockroaches dead rats under the potato chips if you look closely it's literally cakes cakes and crackers with holes and the employees swear everyone black is a thief but I've watched managers take thousands of dollars trust me your money goes the employees pocket got accused of something I don't do and take highly offense 2 jobs and a mechanic no need to take something under 20$ not a bum and to top it off the one up the street not no better management stabbed a person in front the store seen it and they more filthy don't believe me go look at the floors around the registers and under the food aisles both stores are filthy on Harford RD make sure you clean your stuff rats be all on the packages you wanna know a secret when the trucks come they wait because the rodents know it's more food put out also they block them aisles so customers won't see the infestations that manifest but hey I won't be returning food depot is nasty but not as nasty as this place not paying attention can get you sick

In the household aisle they have these mini small bags of moth balls for $1.25 which I normally go to Rite- Aid and get but no longer.

I took an unopened box of lights that I purchased at another Family Dollar to this location. The manager, (Dalli /not sure of correct spelling of his name) advised me that HE does NOT allow returns after 2 weeks. The manager on duty refused to honor the return policy stated on Family Dollar corporate website. I'm amazed that our community keeps this place in business yet their quality of service is less than satisfactory! WHY DO WE PATRONIZE THESE CORPORATIONS AND GET POOR QUALITY SERVICE AND PRODUCTS! Unorganized stores, long wait times in long lines, managers making up policies, district managers unresponsive to complaints. I called the corporate office and I am still waiting on a call or response to my complaint.
