Still one of my favorite places to shop. But the one register is highly annoying. When I worked at Family dollar on Pratt & Monroe Street if I had 3 customers in line and a fourth walked up, You called for assistance from another associate. I watched at least 5 people walk out and leave their carts at the register full of merchandise. If corporate knew how much money walked out the door, they'd definitely hire more staff. Store is always stocked and clean. Yet the check out line be to the back of the store. And that's just NOT good

I come to this dollar store frequently and it’s never a good experience the cashiers are RUDE they don’t even greet you and if they do they have an attitude the big tall guy that works there attitude is very nasty I almost had a slip and fall in the store by the refrigerators there was a big puddle of water just laying there so I told the big tall guy about it and he just said ok like he didn’t care at all you can’t never find help because all of the other workers act like they so busy but just be standing around talking or outside taking a smoke break when they just opened up at 8 there was another cashier who works there and she was behind the register doing her makeup not even paying attention and when I asked her could she ring me up she had a attitude because I was just standing there this store is always dirty and no professionalism what so ever if you hate your job that much then you don’t need to work in retail with customers iam quite sure when I said something about the spill they didn’t clean it up if I would have hurt myself all I would have got was an apology I would have got in touch with a lawyer and sued family dollar they really NEED TO DO BETTER I come to this store because it’s the closest in my area since I don’t have a car

The Big Heavy Tall Dude that works there is very rude. My first time going he barely wanted to speak. Wasn’t very help. And seem to not care to even be at work. And I tried so hard not to judge the store based on him alone. But yesterday this Big and Tall dude was rude and disrespectful. And expected us to be scared of him while screaming across the store very rudely that we me and my husband was in a restricted area. I very rudely in return paid for my items I did have and left. The young lady tried to adjust the atmosphere. But BiG and TALL pissed me off this time because he very unprofessional. And don’t look like he bathe properly. Clean it up. Your store and these dirty looking employees. Hesitant on whether I want to go. Back. Because why they customer service can’t be friendly.

It was a hazard in 2023 employees were highly unprofessional fighting customers store was dirty bugs in food rats now it's clean with new employees it's got better a little since the gangs are gone that ran the store like a street gang turf I experienced a little bit of hassament from female employees getting smart with aggression from one that takes your bag when you come in stock female the new ones are professional it's getting better a little iv stop going there when the gangs or street people ran the store they were very unproductive and dirty my bread had mold on it potato chips were open from mice bites last year I hope they can get everything really completely together this year and next year beyond because 2023 this was the worst store in Baltimore they need to are you good productive people there are extremely business-minded because most of my friends we call this the ghetto family Dollar WSS the builders I hope they can continue to keep up the good work and not let it back to being ghetto with employees for a gang they would like to squeegee kids that is in the streets that was running the store getting mad at a customer's trying to fight customers in which was completely insane 😤 if I see this turning back ghetto I will never come back to the store ever again

Family Dollar is my favorite place to shop!!! I love the atmosphere and the respect and the customer service is amazing !!! I love the Family Dollar and all of their employees here!! This store is a part of my family !!!

This is a good location and parking is good. The inside has too much excess "stuff" on the floor in the isles. There are not enough cashier's available for quality and quick checkouts.
