You enter the store, grab the items you came for, and experience an easy checkout. It's normally pilfered items on the shelves and no asset protection but it's still a good shop. In and out.

They only have one problem she is short and not cool., She is not business oriented she doesnt belong here needs better fitting job like construction or lot attendant definately no good for family dollar i think she was a manager too go figure . Oh well i guess i will chaulk it up to living in the getto. Lol

I've shopped at this Store for years. It's my neighborhood store. But I'll take my business to Dollar General or even Online shopping after my experience today.Barely answers phones when calling. If you do get an answer they're Rude and Arrogant. How do you know if something is in stock if I can't even get the complete sentence with the description of the item I'm inquiring about. Without even taken a moment to look for the item I'm asking about. Tip for Corporate and Actual Managers/Supervisors in Store( and yes Mt.Clare Jct location..called at 11:50am on Monday April 17th, 2023)If your Employees/Sales Associates (Customer Service Employees) CAN'T be Customer Service Friendly and Do their Job , maybe They Shouldn't Be an Employee. I will be calling Coperate. I will no longer be Patronizing this Store. AND I will make it my business to inform anyone I comes across to do the same.

This family dollar would be better if they keep it stocked instead of having the stuff in boxes in the isles. But other than that when they are stocked you can get the stuff you need.

Closest dollar store in the neighborhood so it's always busy. Most of the time things are always being stocked mid day and it's always maybe one caahier working some days only two. Maybe due to lack of staffing but the lines are usually long. I still go here often because the workers are friendly and helpful.
