XPF is the best gym I’ve ever been to! Not just their workouts, but their friendly community has kept me coming back day after day. Each class is small enough to feel like you’re getting a personal training session and is a great balance between cardio and strength. The trainers are truly amazing and will correct your form and challenge you. This is the best I’ve ever looked or felt and I 10/10 recommend this gym to anyone regardless of their fitness journey!!

I don't usually write reviews, but XPF is the best fitness experience I've ever had. The classes and the training have been amazing and every time I'm there, the studio is spotless and very welcoming. Their options for classes and/or training are flexible and plentiful. Patrick, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and really cares-- he has expertly helped me work through injuries and build strength and stability. I feel better and stronger since I've been going to XPF and I can't recommend it more highly. For anyone who is looking to get in shape, build strength and endurance, learn good form and balance to protect/prevent injury, or just to get more active, this place is the best

I’ve had an amazing experience at XPF! The training is absolutely superb, with a mix of both therapy and athletic/strength training. The classes are also super fun. 10/10 would recommend!

Best gym in Baltimore! The best part of XPF is the personalization. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging.When I joined, I wasn't sure if I could do it. I told myself to try it for a month... seven months later, I've lost weight, gained muscle and I'm happy I found XPF Studio. I've been to larger gyms around Baltimore, which don't compare to my XPF experience. The classes are challenging but fun. The trainers are always willing to explain and modify an exercise without making you feel bad.Personal training with Patrick never disappoints. He tailors my sessions to my level, provides nutritional advice, and, at times, feels like my therapist.Highly recommend XPF Studio.

Great mixture of classes and great trainers. I have been a member for over a year, and still enjoy the classes that change monthly. They also add in some challenges like "March Madness" where members were placed on teams and got points for attending classes, which ended in a hosted happy hour near the gym and their yearly holiday party!

The program at XPF is one of a kind. Patrick and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and everyone is so friendly; you always feel like you are working out with a group of friends!

XPF is my favorite studio in the city to get a great workout in! Whether it’s X Over-Ignite, Pure Strength or Metabolic Burn I am always challenged and pushed to the next level. All of the coaches are very helpful with technique and there to offer lots of motivation throughout the workout. I highly recommend trying XPF!

I loved coming here. The instructors are great and will answer any questions you may have. The other clients were all really nice; you can tell that they all love going there. I really enjoyed the workouts because they we doable, while also being challenges. I started noticing the changes in my body almost right away.

A truly excellent exercise experience! I had really limited experience with gyms and working out, and Patrick made me feel invited, met me where I was at, and helped me get to my goals. Would highly recommend to anyone!

First time coming to the studio, use ClassPass for my first session and had an absolute amazing time with Patrick. Great all around pull workouts, and great motivation throughout the work out as well.

I have done personal training with Patrick (owner) since August 2021. I started here coming off a long recovery period from surgery and Patrick worked with me to provide a training regimen that would ease me back into training. After that time period ended we started to focus on my training goals. I have always had limitations when training and consequently avoided them but Patrick has consistently evolved our training plan to accommodate my limitations without sacrificing results.XPF is a great studio and offers high value for any fitness level and goals. Patrick trains holistically so don’t expect to get away with avoiding mobility and stretching but it is absolutely worth it and will help safely and effectively reach your goals!!Patrick is also just a great person to train with he is very kind and spends a lot of time making sure you are getting the best experience. I cannot recommend XPF enough.

I booked a group fitness class for an organization I run thinking it would be similar to other group fitness classes I have taken throughout the years. However, the staff at XPF studio are incredibly skilled at personalizing your experience and providing one-to-one feedback. Patrick is not only knowledgeable, but also extremely motivating. The facility is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This was the best workout I have had in a long time (and I used to be a fitness instructor!). I am looking forward to returning.

Patrick provided our group of nursing students an excellent introduction to his customized, client-focused approach to fitness. This was a refreshing deviation from the customary, corporate gym experience. The tailored and professional approach was greatly appreciated. Patrick demonstrated expertise in the assessment and mitigation of individual challenges to attaining fitness goals, and was readily able to define areas of flexibility, range of motion, and endurance that could be improved upon to contribute to improved overall health. I look forward to continued exposure to such passion for improving health and attention to detail.
