Staff was very nice. The doctor was also nice and got straight to the diagnosis. In and out. This is my 3rd or 4th time going. Of course it’s always the wait time but even that wasn’t to bad. Better than the wait time at the hospital. I like coming here

Every time I went it was awesome I waited waited 15min. I went at 9:00 everyone was nice and respectful the Dr. Was very compationate and respectful I love them they took good care of me

Definitely not the best urgent Care you going to be sitting for a long time and they don't call you by when you go in there they call you out of order

I feel "Most Comfortable" with Express Urgent Care than any other urgent care clinic. The staff is nice and professional from the front desk receptionist to the medical staff.

The wait wasn’t bad, and the staff were cordial and professional throughout my visit. The environment of the center was bright, clean, and pleasing. Definitely a better experience than waiting in an ER.

The staff(registration) were sooo very polite, friendly, very helpful and patient with registering me into the kiosk?. The nurse I had, Mr L Lewis was very attentive to me and my vitals as well, that he came back 2 more times to check up on me. Last but not least, the doctor-Dr John Jewell is a “gem”?….he was also concerned about giving me a certain type of medication because my BP was spiked high….so he left to check out other alternative medications that would help me without having to put me in harms way.?. Also he gave me “ALL” the documentation that I would need to go forward to see another doctor. I was in the facility for no more than 1hr 30mins to be registered, triage, and seen by the doctor/physician, WOW!!!Wonderful!!!! The “ENTIRE” staff is above and beyond. 5??’s up. Thank U Express Care Urgent Care Centers, y’all are the very best!!!!!

The staff were very welcoming, and the provider already knew the problem before I could say anything so that was great would definitely recommend!!!

Everything and everyone was great thanks. I Pre registered and I was called to the back a few minutes before my appointment and I was seen right away by the PA and was completely done with meds and all within 1hour.
