My wife lost power to her brakes while going 45 mph. By the grace of God she was able to pull into a parking lot and stop the car. I went to look at it the next day and was able to assume that her break booster failed and she lost power to the vaccum system. I managed to slowly get it around the corner to Excellent Auto. It was the nearest shop but the reveiws looked great and Kiko made me feel at ease. George and Kiko were able to help. After having issues finding a suitable replacement part, these guys were able to get it running like brand new!!! As for price, after taking into account how long the repair took, due to issues with finding the new booster, Kiko was able to work with me on a fair price, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. George is extremely intelligent and very good at his job. It's hard to find an honest and efficient repair shop .These guys know what they're doing. They've been around a long time ( over 10 years), and it's always good to support a small business like this one. Thank you, amigos. Keep up the fantastic and honest work. ?✌️ -Drew

I hit something large in the road on Route 95 which ended up popping 2 of my tires (and possibly messing up the rims.) I had my car towed to this shop. The owner & all the workers were friendly. I have what I like to call a “classic” 98 Ford Escort. Lol. She has less than 100,000 miles. Usually if I have to take my car to get work done it takes longer to find old parts & I may be without a car for awhile. I had my car dropped off not long before the shop closed for the night. I was pleasantly surprised that it was fixed the next day by noon! I’ll definitely be taking my car back in the future. I want to thank the shop for helping me out during a very stressful time.

I wish I could leave zero stars. This shop purposely botched my auto repair. Installed an empty catalytic converter and adhered it with plumbing cement on my vehicle. Owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Let me drive out the shop with a dangerous, poorly repaired vehicle with small children in the car. Do yourself a favor and check their BBB rating before you go! Charges women more than men for the same work.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

My family had an amazing experience with this service center. We were in Baltimore just for a day, and were very worried when our car's engine light came on, since we needed to drive 1.5 hours home that evening. It was a Saturday afternoon, and most repair shops were closed for the weekend. We called ahead and went to this place, and the mechanics were able to go purchase the replacement part our car needed and do our repair that same day. They were so friendly and accommodating and they showed great customer service. They were also very timely, efficient, and skilled. The price was reasonable as well. Car coolant was over heating and brought it in hear on a Saturday as no other place was open. Mechanic poked around under the hood for 5 minutes. He then spoke to the owner to which he translated to me that I 100% needed a new engine and it would "only" be $1800. LOL. Needless to say I left after that expert investigative work. Brought it to a real shop the following Monday. Car was back to running 100% after a $90 temperature gauge. Bad guess? Maybe...but come on man I wasn't born yesterday.

I was on tour with my band Warp and Weft in a brown 84' Ford Econoline 350 wagon. This van had taken us across the US from Minneapolis until it stalled hard in the middle of the road in Baltimore. We called Excellent Auto repair and the owner said “just bring it inâ€. We had it towed over and apparently the owner knew he had an Ace technician working there because his tech Will walked up to the van, asked a few questions about what happened and within about 30 seconds was bringing his tools out and looking under the hood. Suffice it to say Will was the best technician any of us had ever met. The dude knew what he was doing and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing while he did it. Showing us the steps along the way so that we understood what's going on. On top that he was genuinely nice and talked to us about music, cars, local pizza spots, Baltimore breweries all while he did his job. Coolest dude ever. We gave him a copy of our album and after a couple hours we test drove it and came back to pay the bill. The bill was way less than we expected and the service was way above what we expected. Taking the van here exceeded our expectations at every level. He got us back on the road in less than two hours.

Great garage. These people got me back on the road incredibly fast (same day) when an unexpected broken axle prevented me from making a very important trip. I limped my vehicle into their garage unscheduled and they were able to help me quickly for a very reasonable price. I will be going to this garage for everything I need in the future. I can't recommend them enough.
