They are very knowledgeable and extremely caring and patient to answer my many questions, issues or concerns. Eve has always tried to be sure that I’m paying the lowest monthly premiums possible. There is no “I” in TEAM, but there is “Eve & staff” (smile). Kindly continue to give first class customer service and being a blessing to all those who you represent and “cover”. Eve and Tom have had my back for 15 years. It may not be the least expensive option for insurance but knowing my agents makes a big difference to me. I would recommend these guys if you are in the area and need insurance.

I've used Eve's State Farm office for insurance while living in the Baltimore area for home, auto, renters...etc., and they've been helpful in explaining my policy and getting me the best deal available through State Farm. Sometimes with the major insurance companies you can get stuck in their processes, but these folks have been helpful when I call or email.

The male that answers the phone is very rude and disrespectful. I have never encountered anything like this in my life. Professionalism is at a 00000000. Cleary not on this call. However my name is Shanell West,I was cut off while speaking and asking questions about a policy for my SON. I called before and he was not at all rude. However this time something different. So I know what I heard on the phone and clearly from another review someone else experienced what I had experienced this morning.

I absolutely LOVE this office. I've been with them for 11 years now and don't think I'll ever leave. Tom, Eve and Brad are like family now. They are always professional. They always know who I am when I call and greet me by my name every time. I've had several cars insured with them and always gotten the best rates. Tom even helped me when it was time to get a quote for my teen daughter. I never feel rushed no matter how many questions I ask. The best service hands down. Such a sweet family always.
