They upsell tell you one price over the phone just too tell you another price after they get your car through some text estimate service also know the price they give you is a ball park figure but when estimating is done or the work on your car is done they can up charge you 100s more then what they quote you there not honest and will do the most basic service depending on how much they can nickel and dime you for there never any other customer in the shop you are literally alone in the whole business probably because they sky high prices compared to other shops right down the street don’t even bring your on parts to this place either because they take no responsibility in checking parts for damage wrong parts or could even damage your parts and you will still have to pay labor shoddy practice all around I will never bring my car back here 2009 e350

I was trying so hard to find a good car(auto) mechanics in Baltimore area , after long research I found this company on Google maps reviews. And I decided to call them. I trusted in them to fix my car and they did not disappoint me.After the the job was done I was trying to catch them on any mistakes but they did awesome job!!! Definitely the best in auto mechanics you can rely on.

I had a harness wiring issue with my vehicle that I knew from the get-go was the cause of my third brake light being out but they made me pay a diagnostic fee regardless. The machine screws that affix the third brake light to the fixture are less than $5 and for how long my car was in the shop for a small repair like this, and for HOW MUCH I paid (over $500) they couldn't order these simple machine screws to complete the job properly. Instead of they left the light dangling. More importantly the fixture can just be snapped into place without screws, at the very least they could have done that but they decided to half-ass the job. I had to go to Home Depot myself and get the screws to affix it. There is a hardware store down the street from this place and they couldn't order the screws? Ridiculous Not to mention getting in touch with them to get an update is near impossible. I called after 3 business days bc I didn't get an update and it was just static on their end of the line. Save your money and go elsewhere

Great service! We went to Eurotech because a family member recommended them. We can not be happier and more pleased with the job well done. Even when they had a hard time with OUR insurance, they were patience, they understood it was out of our hands. They did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of. The job was perfect in all aspects. It can be better. This is by far a top-notch Shop! Recommended 100%. Even when we are an hour away, we will definitely DO business with them anytime!!!

I leave a lot of reviews and visit a lot of places. 99% are positive. This place is at the bottom. My Vehicle smoking after pickup. It never smoked before so how is that wear and tear? This is the 2nd big thing missed during extensive accident repairs. Insurance company is fed up, they would have totaled the vehicle had the diagnosis been correct at the beginning. I’ve made complaints with the MD Attorney General, FTC, BBB and the ASE. I made them against the business and the mechanic Bladdamere. I am also reporting to the Maryland State Police, Automotive Safety Enforcement Division and MDOT. Just so they are aware how this business is sending vehicles back out onto the road. I am so lucky I turned my dash camera on. Both times My I picked up my vehicle and it broke down before I made it home. No way they test drove it on the road. I will make sure they don’t hurt other people with their incompetence and dangerous repairs.

I don’t usually post reviews, but my husband has spent so much time on the phone. Waisting his time off talking to all these state and federal agencies over this. It’s just a few days before Thanksgiving, I wanted to let the world know what this place did to us. It’s pure incompetence by a bad mechanic.They originally quoted repairs around 6k, the vehicle is worth around 13k. The price later went up to around 11k, the insurance company only agreed because most of the work was already finished. They were very reluctant. We picked up the vehicle and right away it made noise when putting it into drive. They apparently missed something big! So we find out another 5k in repairs were needed that were missed. So now we’re at just over 16k of work, plus deductible on a vehicle worth 13k. My insurance company was not happy to say the least, I just wanted my vehicle back. We go to pick it up, I was ecstatic, my rental time had ran out weeks ago during the original repairs. Then with them needing 2 extra weeks for the repairs they missed, all rental time I am paying for. We get in, make it not even a full 1/2Mile and it starts smoking. Not just a little either, I wish I could post the dash cam video here of the smoke. They tell us it’s wear and tear and unless it’s paid for it won’t be fixed. The insurance company is furious, I am awaiting a decision that doesn’t seem in my favor. Due to how the repairs are already over the value of the vehicle. They said they would have totaled it had the shop found everything right away, or even during the original repairs. Apparently additional work is common, but not to this excess.If it is wear and tear why did my vehicle not smoke before? Why would they do 16k worth of work and not quote to repair these damages or “wear and tear”? How did they not notice this during a test drive and mention it? Instead they send their customers back on the road with a smoking vehicle? Seems extremely unsafe and a big liability issue. If the vehicle would have been deemed a total loss I would have been able to purchase a new vehicle by now. Because of two issues of incompetence, I’m am out over 1k in rental fees alone. My vehicle did not smoke before, it shouldn’t when it’s repaired. They obviously didn’t test drive it so where did the wear come from? Mechanic incompetence, by either damaging something or missing even more than last time.They were taking the insurance company for a ride, for some extra money before the holidays. All the while hurting me. I am just grateful some of these State agencies have accepted the dash cam video. They at least have agreed to look into it and get it to the correct people. It seems like that is the only way this will be resolved without a lawyer and even more wasted time. 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Just purchased and inspected in March of 2022.
