They are the consummate professionals! Donna was very accommodating and always asked us what we wanted to do before making decisions. She called us a few times to confirm our moving date so I felt the utmost confidence that they would show up. The crew was polite, friendly, and enjoyable to work with. Furniture was packed with attention to detail and care and placed precisely in every room where we wanted it. Even if we made a mistake, they moved the furniture piece again to the proper room. No complaints or grumbling. I have used Ernie's twice now in 8 years and wouldn't work with anyone else. And the price was extremely competitive compared to larger moving companies. Highly recommend!

The service of this company was excellent, professional, and care was used for all my items. The whole team was energetic and ready to get the job done in a efficient and effective manner. The team was thoughtful with planning the move and none of my precious items were damaged or scratched. I would definitely use them again!!!
