This location’s team, especially Trevor, were very helpful when setting up my rental car for an insurance claim. They went above and beyond by doing drop-off and pick-ups from home and the repair shop.

I received a car from enterprise that was in poor condition, and now they claim I’m responsible for the damages. They told me this was the only vehicle they had that my insurance would cover, that is the only reason I took the car. This is the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Hands down, the staff at Enterprise located at 4838 Belair Road (Baltimore, MD) have been wonderful! That particular location is pretty business (from what I have witnessed) but the staff is always professional, friendly, helpful and efficient regardless of the day, time or situation. Special shout-outs to Omar, Keno'e "Mo", and Liah for providing an exceptional customer experience each time I visited or called the branch over the past couple of weeks. The branch manager Steven was also great to work with.

I gave 4 stars and not 5 only because I would've liked a better variety of cars to choose from; however my experience with this location was good. The staff was friendly and attentive especially Liah, Mo and Keyohn they catered to all of my needs.

Customer service at Enterprise on Bel Air Rd. Baltimore, MD was excellent. Ms. Liah Meadows, Enterprise agent, met me at the business that was fixing my car with a rental car. The service was timely, courteous and very professional. The pickup and drop off of the rental car was so convenient and I was able to go on with my day with no hassle of getting home. Thank you Enterprise and Ms. Meadows for your attention to detail and the demonstration that customer service is priority to you.

Had an impromptu trip out of town and needed a rental and the youthful staff at the 4883 Belair Rd were very helpful and accommodating. They were very busy at the time but exhibited patience even when dealing with a difficult customer. They were also all dressed very professionally, moved with a sense of urgency and greeted everyone upon entry. Great experience!

I often use the Belair Rd location for my rentals and I love the customer service. I’m even more appreciative because the staff is mostly of a younger generation and I love it. Sometimes I find that young people can be a little impatient and rude,but not at this establishment.There is one young man who has served me a couple of times and I truly enjoy his professionalism,his desire to assist and his knowledge of the product. I think I remember him saying his name is Keon. I hope I said it correctly because I feel he deserves some recognition for Great customer service. If I should need to return,I look forward to Him as well as the others serving me.

I have used Enterprise for years and never had an experience as bad as this one. First and foremost their cars are raggedy. I was in a rental from July 24 through October 7. The first vehicle I had starting acting up on me with engine problems, the second one had no lights on the dashboard. The third vehicle headlight went out. I was car jacked in the last vehicle and the experience of trying to get into a fourth vehicle was so bad to point I gave up because they wanted me to pre pay the deductible for a vehicle that was recovered the second day of being taken from me. The car had no physical damage but expected me pay to the $500 deductible and not one adjuster or claim was made. That whole process was stressful and very unprofessional. The day I came in to do the report and get vehicle, I was quoted one price and the next day when I arrived, different price was given to get into another car. Mind you when I was carjacked, my wallet was taken and I didn’t have anything as far a driver license, just a picture of it. They said I needed a hard copy. At that point I had already been in one of your vehicles for 60 plus days. Came in switched vehicles, never had to give a identification. Give me a break. I was renting in Maryland and live in another state. This whole ordeal has a nasty taste in my mouth and I’m will try my best to never use them again, if possible. Especially this particular branch.

Horrible service. Went in to get my assigned rental. Total confusion. Guy at the counter seemed like he was wasted on drugs. He was confused, zoned out, didn't seem to know the procedure and policies. Finally got my rental over an hour after waiting. The rental.smelled a strong odor of weed. Drove the car most of the day.. After a few hours of driving, the car petered out. It wouldn't start. They sent a repairmen out and charged my company a $55 fee!!! Not one rep I spoke to spoke English clearly or clearly understood English. Guess like most places the quality of service is degraded yet they are still charging customers unfair junk fees. I won't give tihs location my business again until they fix this.

Service at the local branch was great. Staff was busy, but very curious. However, I give my experience one star because I have been receiving the run around when it comes to receiving my deposit back. I’ve been told several different timelines. Reassured it would be processed on certain dates, and it hasn’t. Asked to call back several times. I was then told to contact my bank as they were holding the funds, which was untrue. Now I’m being told to wait for a regional manager to call me back. No timeline provided, yet “he’ll get to me when he can.” Completely unacceptable!
