Enchanted Petals and the owner Ms Avalon deserve TEN stars!! She created an absolutely gorgeous handheld bouquet for my daughter with exactly 30 minutes’ notice! Gracious, talented, efficient and kind. The best experience I’ve had as a customer in my entire life. And did I mention she matched the bouquet to her dress??

Having never bought flowers before, Ms.Thompson walked me through the process of putting together a beautiful arrangement my partner. In true customer service fashion, I felt taken care of from start to finish and my partner absolutely adored the flowers that she received. Highly recommend!

Enchanted petals absolutely saved our memorial/celebration of life party by sending the most beautiful variety of flowers! The owner was so helpful when I was freaking out that the other floral delivery companies would not arrive on time. We were setting up our own arrangements in vases down long tables and all I had to do was explain our vision and the owner matched it completely! Each vintage bud vase was able to have a unique bouquet accented by lovely greenery, with varying heights and colors to bring a fun fairy vibe to celebrate our effervescent friend. I was so lucky to find this florist, when googling florists in Baltimore, I called them first because I thought the name fit the theme of our party and wow I’m so glad I did. They went above and beyond, I will always use Enchanted for events in the future and cannot thank you enough! Everyone commented how beautiful the flowers looked and that our friend would have loved the wide variety of bright colors and greens! The owner was able to pull a variety that would fit in our budget and we are so grateful. Even after we brought the vases & flowers home they lasted over 2 more weeks!!

I cannot say enough good things about this florist. Finding such great customer service is hard to come by, and Avalon really went above and beyond to make ordering flowers for a friend in the hospital a truly enjoyable experience. She was extremely helpful in creating this stunning arrangement, and was happy to make accommodations when necessary. If you are ordering from afar, rest assured that you will be in good hands with this shop.

Their hours clearly state 10am i called at 1025 to ask about a Particular arrangement whoever answered was rude and told me to call back and hung up the phone, this isn't the only time I've heard about them being rude but wanted to give them a try. Dont shop here if you want to be respected.
