“Had a floor jack leaking at the pump piston, and no correct size o-ring was available at the major hardware stores. It still worked good so I thought that I should give this place a try. They gave me a bunch that were 100% identical to the original for no charge, great place.”

They assigned the repair to Advance Video, and to say the least I was a little skeptical since I never heard of them. They contacted me a short time after I put in the claim and I could not be more pleased. They picked the TV up and dropped it off exactly when they said they would. “James came out to fix my squealing dryer. He called when he was on his way and gave me an estimated arrival time. He diagnosed the issue (worn belt and bearing) and discussed repair options with me. The job took about an hour to complete and James was professional throughout. He even took time to help me catalog my appliances for the home warranty since they were not all registered.
