I've been to plenty of other stores where the "customer service" was condescending and tried to upsell me. Soundscape was very different. Ed listened to my needs and budgetary restrictions and gave me several incredible options within these parameters. He was helpful and insightful without being pushy or condescending. We also listened to some really great tunes on really great speakers while I was deciding. “I was with Boost and was having problems with my phone. So I saw Metro by T-Mobile and went in, there was a young woman name Tasha and I ask her for help. Tasha helped me with no problem every time I went in there, even though I wasn't with Metro and Tasha told me that Boost service is terrible and she wasn't lying. Now I'm with Metro by T-Mobile all because of the wonderful customer service I received from Tasha. Tasha is the best One in there everyone else will over charge you!
