“I really had an incredible experience shopping here. I know a little about audio equipment, but was certainly hoping for some help choosing an amp and set of speakers for my vinyl turntable. I've been to plenty of other stores where the "customer service" was condescending and tried to upsell me. Soundscape was very different. Ed listened to my needs and budgetary restrictions and gave me several incredible options within these parameters. He was helpful and insightful without being pushy or condescending. We also listened to some really great tunes on really great speakers while I was deciding. This was exactly the experience I needed to make an informed decision and I will return when I'm ready to purchase any more home entertainment audio equipment. I'm testing my new system on Pink Floyd's The Wall right now!”

“I came here too day looking to switch. They have really good deals on all their androids. I prefer iPhones, so I got an iPhone 11. It was under $250 for everything (including my service)!!! I got hbo max and unlimited internet! The girls there definitely know their stuff! They took their time to set up my email and got my hbo max working right away! My kids and I will enjoy watching movies all weekend. I’m one happy camper right now! Definitely recommend this place!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would lol”

“I was with Boost and was having problems with my phone. So I saw Metro by T-Mobile and went in, there was a young woman name Tasha and I ask her for help. Tasha helped me with no problem every time I went in there, even though I wasn't with Metro and Tasha told me that Boost service is terrible and she wasn't lying. Now I'm with Metro by T-Mobile all because of the wonderful customer service I received from Tasha. Tasha is the best One in there everyone else will over charge you! And he told me no i ask him if i could use cash app or zelle the cashier was a guy and there was another spanish lady in there i saw a latino customer going in to buy something i ask him if he could help me but he denied due to my self having long hair and coming out of work i was starving a little bit try to buy some quick snacks so after the spanish lady who works at 7/11 convinced the latino guy customer to help me due to she hear me i was coming out of work long story short i was able to buy my snacks thanks to the spanish lady for being humble and not juding people at a first sight she should be come a manager and needs a race.Latina girl name ginna, i dont know im im writing right . “Amazing store however once they added a coffee shop they moved the vinyl up to the main section of the store which is a shame because it was extremely spacious and pleasant to browse through, It feels a little more cluttered browsing vinyl now but they still have an excellent selection”
