Nothing but bunch of lying people get your hopes up about you going to get a bed to help your back when you have back problems and then a few days later call you and tell you know you're not so you're stuck with back problems not being able to sleep which is making your health worse

I worked 5 hrs , I asked Bradley and you, the admin logged me out and called me insane. A complaint has been filed for calling me out my name , you did not apologize for calling me insane , you owe me $75 , have not been paid your admin. it was screenshot from email , msg in chase , why did admin call me insane - RUN EMPLOYEES / RUN CUSTOMERS ASAPare you insane.the administrative said to me , just a second ago on 11/28/23- at 9:55 am broken , that was disrespectfulTo belittle me and disrespect me calling me insane as I did nothing , I cry , no one has the right to talk to people like this, your administrator just called me insane , never experience nothing like this in my life .. I have 2 appts today first day , your administrator called me insane , I just lost my mother this is heartbreaking to have someone to talk to employees like this

do not work here lol, this place is a joke. Both managers are the most pessimistic people I have ever met in my life. I got yelled at within 10 minutes over something I was not trained on… like excuse me? Have some respect and decency.

Courtney Grempler is a low dirty human. If anyone was handed a position it was her. She doesn’t respect any of the employees or clients she comes across. Her attitude is DISGUSTING ? it seems like shes a dead soul walking just waiting to ruin people day. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to work here. Worked here a whole month & they never sent my check or did direct deposit as promised. This is the worst company to work for.

My mom purchased this bed for me in 2015 after my second back surgery and I have to say I am very satisfied with the bed itself, and after adding a topper, I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud!The mattresses' (2 twin xl) have held up very well, and because my husband and I have different mattress preferences, we were provided with a "soft" and a "firm" side.We have followed the mattress rotation instructions, as well as the foam inside the zipper rotation, and after 7 years I have no complaints about the bed itself.MY ISSUE:We spent $542.00 in January to upgrade to wireless remotes, and have a massage motor replaced. This fee seemed reasonable to me as they upgraded both massage motors in addition to the upgraded wireless remotes.Afterwards, one of the remotes was not functioning properly, and they did make it right by sending another one out, and assisting me in pairing it.My issue now is 6 months later one of the NEW massage motors has stopped working, and when I contacted them (customer service supervisor) I received a message that I would have to pay $350.00 service fee to have them come out and replace the NEW broken massage motor which has a life time warranty on it.My husband (who is a Jet Engine Mechanic) looked at it and said he could easily install it if they send a new one. (considering his FAA license he is more than qualified)I have read other reviews where the response to this issue is "only a certified technician can install" I have called and requested they send another one out for my husband to install. No one has called me back since the message advising me of the $350.00 service fee.I find it absolutely ridiculous that Easy Rest expects me to pay $892.00 in a 6 month period for a massage motor that I can see is cracked and is only 6 months old.Honestly I don't feel I should have to pay anything due to it being so recent, but I will continue calling until I reach someone, and will update my review once resolved.

In my 30 years of experience in sales, this is the worst paying sales commission job I ever had. They deceive you with the commission and play games with your paycheck every week. I would not work for this company.

This company has fired two of my friends without reason. One of them being in the first hour of her shift because she "wasn't fast enough" it was her first day and they had only given her two days of orientation before putting her on the phone. This company is a scam and should be shut down immediately

One of the worst companies I have ever interacted with. Cold called me 3 times a day for weeks, refused to stop, and I eventually had to file a complaint with the BBB to get them to stop calling me.It's 2023. Nobody wants you to call them unannounced. Nobody wanted that when phones were invented.Get a Purple mattress instead or something, they have funny comercials and don't call you.

I love my bed and it was delivered on time BUT the salesman didn't mention that the heating aspect didn't get delivered when the bed did. The delivery guys told me "oh yes, you will get the heating aspect within 21 days" So today is 21 days so I called the company and told them it had been 21 days and I hadn't received the heat for the 2 beds I purchased. The girl in customer care said "oh its ABOUT 21 days" my beds were Delivered December 15 and she told me the heat wasn't even ORDERED by them until December 27!!! Why would they wait almost 2 weeks to order them??? IT'S WINTER PEOPLE!!! Then she said, it could be a couple of more weeks, they have to get them there then ship them to me!!! I am pretty disappointed in this company. They say what you want to hear to sell you the bed then they do what they want!!! Shame!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. First, they are scammers that prey on the elderly. Secondly, do not even waste your time working for this unprofessional company. The “owner” Mo Maghari is extremely rude and talks down on every employee. I was threatened, disrespected, and logged out for seeking his help/support during my shift. When I went for support or to ask about HR they didn’t even have one! To make matters worse Courtney Grempler is the worst “Manager” in the history of managers. She also speaks down on you and continuously discourages the agents; this woman really seems to hate her job and puts it out on everyone. She tried to open her mouth to terminate over something so minor but I happily resigned from the position. I am not the first or the last agent to complain about this matter and I will definitely be reporting them to the Department Of Labor!

Do not work for this company! They fired me because customers keep hanging up on me and they were also listening to all of your conversations without your permission. And the administrator is very very rude and he will tell you that you are a waste of time and log you out and terminate you with that being said their national recruiter Courtney GREMPLER is a very rude as well. She looks for a way to fire you.

I have never purchased a product from this company and probably never will due to I receive on the average 7 calls a week wanting me to purchase from them. I called main number to be put on their do not call list but the calls keep coming from all different numbers! I keep blocking and they keep calling.

They called me from 4 different numbers in different locations. This has to be a scam, because I'm not even a customer. They've been asking for a Garcia for months. It's absolutely abnormal for a company, who I've never heard of or contacted, decided to call me from a Kansas number, then a California number. I finally requested to be placed on a "do not call list." Because it's absolutely ridiculous how much they've been blowing my phone up.

straight SCAM do not buy people, they prey on elderly people. there is a reason why they aren't offered through retailers and send some basic random junior sales associate to your house. Nothing but lairs. Sales associate said they sell in macys but only at one Austin location which is a complete lie. Please inform elderly people you know.
