Ole skool values with new skool flair. Car was damaged on Thursday night, called Dynamic Collision Services on Friday, they gave me an appointment for Monday morning. Rob completed his review upon my arrival at 8:15 am. He listened to my concerns, the team did their magic while I did my work in the comfort of the clean, colorful waiting area. By 9:00 am, my bumper was better and my faith in quality craftsmanship with excellent customer service was restored. Got to be the best in B’more! Make the call.

I was in an accident at the end of August On the recommendation of my son-in-law, I took my car to Dynamic Collision services. It was in the shop for 43 days waiting for certain parts to come in. The entire time my car was there Danny, the owner kept in constant contact with me giving me updates in full detail. He was always very pleasant and professional. From the first day I walked into their office, I was impressed. Courtney was at the front desk with a great big smile on her face and eager to help me. She went to my car with me and went over every little detail making an assessment. Ben is another gentleman there that I had some contact with. He also is always smiling and pleasant to talk to. I picked my car up yesterday and could not have been happier. It was absolutely beautiful and looks brand new. It was very clean and shiny inside and out. Courtney went out with me and went over every detail to make sure I was happy before pulling off their lot. My car drove wonderfully. I highly recommend everyone to go to Dynamic Collision Services. I can't say enough good things about Dynamic Collision Services! Danny was amazing. He explained everything clearly and patiently, even to someone who knows nothing about cars. The quality of their work is exceptional, and they fixed my car's scuffs in no time. Highly recommend!

The right side of my front bumper was hanging down. It was in VERY bad shape. Dynamic Collision Services fixed the front bumper of my Ford for only $231. That's a lot cheaper than a few other repair shops that I went to. ?

Well I just dropped my car off today for the repair, so I'm not qualified to give an accurate assessment of their services. But once it is completed I will come back and add more details. But that's fine. The customer service is quite impressive

My Experience
You guys have brought back my faith in humanity. I am grateful for people like Nick, Danny, and the entire Dynamic team/family. My Jaguar was invold an accident. By the time I arrived at Dynamic, I was in full-blown crisis mode. They were so professional and so understanding until it gave me a sense of control and calmness. They treated me like family. When I say they took service, caring, and attentiveness beyond anything I could have imagined. Words of gratitude could never be enough. Thank you 100,000 times over. May God continue to incress and bless your personal and business ventures a million times over. Sincerely Mrs. Deatria .
A side note of humor. Nick, Danny, and I had to have a conversation with my 2013 Jaguar. She showed off when she was there. She went in for the accident and then started having an unrelated electrical issue that stressed everybody out. Danny and Nick, we're at their wit's with my Jag. However, being the awesome people they are, they fixed the electrical problem.
She's borrowed from ever visiting them again?? thanks again, you guys are truly amazing. (Insider) Nick will never forget my Jag key..lol
They did such an amazing job I can't even tell that I had an issue with my car.

This company is the worst! The insurance company only approved parts that were more than $2,000 cheaper than what Dynamic used to fix my car. And I specifically asked them if they knew why the insurance company shorted me over $2000 for the repairs? They claimed that they did not know why but they have a copy of Turo’s own estimate in an email that shows the cost of the parts difference. I had to find out myself after I had already paid for the bill that the body shop was trying to charge the insurance company for more expensive parts. And the only reason that I paid for it out of pocket was because this Body Shop was threatening me with storage fees and telling me my car had been ready to be picked up 30 days ago. But they never told me that! So how was I supposed to know my car was ready? And why are you threatening your customers with storage fees? When you know I had full coverage and the only thing I’m supposed to be paying for is a $250 deductible??!! Any reputable Body Shop would have hashed it out with the insurance company!!
So since the insurance company never approved the supplement the Body Shop submitted, my car should have never been repaired with those more expensive parts because the insurance company was never going to pay for it. And then they told me oh well, we can’t return parts so they think that I’m going to be stuck with this $2000 bill because they messed up and didn’t use the cheaper parts The insurance company approved probably because they make more money off the expensive parts. Nine months later they dispute my charge back on my card. They think this is some type of game. No it isn’t. I will be taking you to court. And that’s why they wanted me to pay out of my pocket and threaten me with all those storage fees because they wanted me to pay for it because they knew the insurance company would not pay for those expensive parts. They knew it!!
And there’s panel gaps all over. They claimed they didn’t want to use the cheaper parts because they didn’t like the way it fit. But the gaps are huge and panels are out of alignment!

My husband and I are beyond impressed by the work of Dynamic Collision Services. Once we took my vehicle there, they made the process of fixing it simple and stress free. We were provided updates along the way and the entire staff was professional and great to work with. My vehicle looks brand new again and I cannot thank Dynamic Collision Services enough for their fantastic service.

DYNAMIC COLLISON SERVICES WAS THE BEST PLACE TO FIX OUR 2020 ACURA MDX 10/10. THEY EVEN FIXED THINGS THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY FIXED BUT INCORRECTLY BY ANOTHER COLLISON CENTER THAT MY INSURANCE COMPANY RECOMMENDED. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB PUTTING MY MDX BACK TOGETHER. THE PARTS TOOK SOME TIME BECAUSE ACURA PARTS IS CONTINUOUSLY ON BACK ORDER. BUT THE WAIT WAS WELL WORTH IT. AND NICK WAS EXCELLENT IN COMMUNICATING THE DELAYS. ALL IN ALL, BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. THEY WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU AND IT WILL BE DONE CORRECTLY.
