Stuck me with a 2016 Chevy Cruze back in June of 2023 that’s broken down 4 times now and isn’t even drivable at this point. Blamed it on me not buying the warranty even when if I had it I’d have to have the car in the shop multiple times. Stuck with a car and a loan I can’t even use because of these fools. Wish I never did business with them, now I’m back in public transportation.
Edit 3/24/2024: Still having issues with the car. Coolant leaks, overheating, etc. I’ve called the dealership back in November and was told there was nothing Dynamic cars could do for me since it was past my 30 day warranty. The warranty they originally tried to sell me with the car was $2000, not $1500, no idea where that number came from, no idea why you guys would try to lie on me either. And why would I call the dealership after all this time for repairs when you sold me a car in such a terrible state in the first place then when I actually try to call you say there’s nothing you guys can do, so again, why would I call y’all? At this point I’m just going to chalk it up as a loss and pay the car off. Dynamic cars sure did live up to their name. Dynamically unhelpful. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. BAD BUSINESS.

I have been a long time customer for over twelve years. When I want something new, they take the time to pick what I like. The service is excellent and the shop keeps my car in great shape considering the pot holes in these streets. Robin and Carl are awesome. This is the only place where I want to go to buy my cars.

These people really take care of you. They were very helpful friendly and keep their word. My brakes were making a little bit of squeaking after I bought the car and they are going to replace them all the way around because they want me to be happy

My experience wasn't good. Had agreed on a particular vehicle and choose a lesser valued vehicle was told I needed more money for the lesser valued vehicle. They offered a vehicle I was not interested in.I would recommen I wouldn't recommen

Mr carl is heaven sent. He was very determined to get me in the car that I truly wanted. He worked for hours to get me approved and get everything done. I’m truly grateful and thankful for Mr Carl and Mr Robin. They are the best at what they do. They both really went above and beyond. Mr Carl got me a ride to the dealership and Mr robin filled up the tank. So grateful to these 2 gentlemen. If you ever need a car. You should run to this place. Thank you again Mr Carl and Mr Robin.
