The costumer service was horrible. Too much talking and playing. Yes, have fun at work but not when you have customers waiting to try on and purchase items. Needless to say I did not buy anything. Unacceptable.

I placed a order on Dec 16th 2023 I got a email stating it was shipped on Dec 17th my shoes are still saying waiting for a label to be created and here it is Christmas Eve I’ve spoke to 2 different customer service rep that stated my shoes was suppose to be shipped from the store in White Marsh Mall they sent them and email and called no one answered or replied back I even called myself to pickup up my item or get a refund as of now I don’t ever want to do business with this company again I’ve found the same shoes at Snipes and will shop there!!! I will be sending a email and calling Corp because this is unacceptable as a customer after you have my money but for no one in that store to get back to me or there own rep speaks a lot about this business I’m livid and I have all the patient in the world when I have communication which I didn’t get

They would only give me one shoe when trying on the shoes... I thought that was weird ...until I got home and realized DTLR had sold me a display shoe... The display shoe was a different color than the other shoe ...they also charged me full price for the display shoe. They also didn't tell me that when I paid in cash I wouldn't be able to get a refund..so if you pay cash and need a refund you will get stuck with a gift card to their store where they have lower inventory than most ... So just make sure you double check your shoes before buying any here ..

I had the best experience yesterday I met a manager I think, but her name is Dominique, all of the shoe stores I went in between Towson and White marsh all told me they didn’t have the size I needed kids and women’s. She was the only one who went above and beyond and helped me find what I was looking for realizing we were the same size shoe, She told me to try a smaller size in men’s, and they fit perfect. She used her own personal experience to help me. She was very personable and outgoing, and had great energy as well. That short interaction actually made my day because it’s still some nice people out here and she definitely showed me that. The rest of the staff were extremely. Friendly and or asked if I needed assistance so I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks y’all for experience!!!

Nevaeh was extremely positive, cool, excellent in her customer service and provided fashion feedback. We selected many shoes ? to try on and she was swift in getting them and even did the shoestring adjustments.

I would recommend that you not shop here. Poor customer service and probably the worst return policy I have ever heard. Avoid DTLR. I would have given 0 stars if I could.

I never have any issues here and the staff are extremely helpful. If I were to complain maybe they are a little to helpful ig lol. Best sneaker selection out of any DTLR in Baltimore besides Mondawmin’s, would highly recommend.

Rotten customer service here. Employees only interact with customers to watch them as they try on clothes as if they are attempting to commit an act of thievery which no one will do because there's nothing in there. New staff needed badly at this location.

Pool customer service I waited 10 minutes for a shoe they never came out with my size and then was told by the cashier I didn’t have to buy the shoe. NEVER AGAIN

I went into the store to purchase shoes for Easter on Saturday, April 15 yesterday before Easter the young man who help me said I did not want to I asked Crystal to showcase ones cause they were dirty he said no he came back out with the shoes I did not look in the box he had his clean shoe in his hand and when I got home the dirty shoes in my box how do I supposed to get my Sunday shoes for Easter

Peace & Blessings! F1RST and foremost, ALL the staff were wearing mask!? It demonstrated that they NOT only cared about their own safety but, customers as well. Our ( nation ) still should be practicing safety because, we're still living in a COVID-19/Coronavirus Pandemic society. Now, the reason(s) I gave a 5☆ rating goes as follows, staff was very customer friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable, the store was very neat and clean, I found everything I came for then purchased, I entered a ( raffle drawing ) for the very first time just to be doing it, the ( raffle ) was for the ( Jordan 3 Retro's ) that my 14yr old really-REALLY WANTED, I actually won the ( raffle ) and picked up the ( sneakers ) that Sat.(10-30-2021 ), I'll be back going back to purchase ALL 3THREE pairs of the ( Throwback Rockport's ), and I told my ( circle ) about the ( Throwback Rockport's )!
