They are selling FAKE SHOES DO NOT BUY.!!! All the DTLR locations are selling FAKE SHOES.. both pair I brought from them 6yrs ago are DRYED OUT AND SOLES ARE FALLING APART!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!

Whew... wish I could give them a zero. This place smelled like pure cigarettes and active smoking. I thought it was just the smell from outside but I realized that it smelled like a cigarette factory both inside and outside of the store. It was gross. Also, upon walking into the store, 3 staff members were standing at the cash register. They all stopped talking and stared me dead in the face as I walked closer. My son asked why they were staring at me without saying hello and I didn't have an answer for him. I eventually said hello to them and they spoke back/finally asked what I needed help with. I was able to exchange my items but deeply regret coming to this location. I'll stick with the Sinclair ln location because the customer service is 2000 times better and the store smells like new shoes (not fugs lol).

Some people can't be professional. Today. Its three other associates on the floor. The manager the lead & someone folding shirts. A lady asks could we get waited on. Its customers holding shoes looking awkward.Who do you think came & waited on everyone? Security! And even than the manager says (WAIT LET SOMEONE COME FROM THE BACK TO HELP them). Thankfully security wasn't lazy & still helped out. Black people were need to treat each other ALOT BETTER!!!

great selection affordable prices storage conveniently located handicap accessible plenty of parking clean I would recommend anybody shopping from here besides shoes they also have nice clothes and accessories to great store overalls a good value affordable!
