They have an great selection on Sneakers and shoes and I love their clearance on tennis shoes, great way to shop if you're on an budget or just want to shop for summer or any occasion

This location was great. I was greeted and wished a happy new year by the lovely security officer. The staff behind the counter also greeted me with a smile and immediately asked if I needed help. I was able to pick-up my online order and jam to their playlist in the meantime. The store was neat/clean and the employees were genuinely happy. I truly appreciated the kindness of the staff and will definitely return to this location in the future.

They don’t have much inventory and the employees at this location are fine doing the bare minimum assist customers. I would recommend avoiding this location

I’ve been a customer and reward member for several years now, this is my first experience that was horrible, walked into the Sinclair lane store to see security chilling at door. Employees gathered talking . Store completely empty. I was the only customer at the time in the store.I asked them is that why they weren’t answering the phone , she responded yes we’re not answering because they’re having a Jordan sale. I felt it was very un professional to inform a customer in that manner. The young lady that came from the back with my shoes, told me she Didn’t have the size I came for in stock. The customer service rep. On monument st (DTLR)tried calling there location several time, after locating 2 pairs online at there store location. Another male associate has the nerve to laugh and say oh they’re gonna hurt your feet. Instead of trying to locate the shoes there suppose to have in stock. I made my purchase and left this location a little frustrated by the way the associates in this location behaved. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and complete disregard for a paying customer who drove miles to get to said location. But I guess if ur not buying JORDANS you don’t matter as a customer. If I could leave a negative 5 Star option, believe me I would've. The customer service is beyond terrible, no follow-up nor proper communication. I waited a few to have the clerk assistant me, but they kept assisting people around me. I went to the DTLR in Columbia Mall. Go elsewhere to ensure your time is appreciated.

Half the time the staff has no idea what’s happening with releases and more often than not are comfortable doing the absolute bare minimum when it comes to service. Seems like product knowledge isn’t something they take seriously here. This place is really going downhill.

The most polite and helpful employees. I have dealt with in years.I usually don't do reviews, but this team of people got our order straightened out even though it took 45 minutes or more .they killed us with kindness!
