5Stars! Ms.Shelly and Ms.Duncan is def some Black females thats about their business. Their customer service is immaculate and they didnt have any problem getting personal from the time I was inquiring via phone & never giving me the cold shoulder with the amount of calls and questions I had, to me walking in which was 10x better! They made me and my pops feel welcomed and gave us that safe feel. Very staright forward and professional. I thank them both for the hr long phone convos breaking everything down about financing a car and how the process works for a first time buyer! Cant wait to pick my new baby up!! Go check em out. The place is sketchy.
I went in to buy a Lexus gx470 for my mother with cash in hand. Given the fact that it's thousands of dollars, I always want to do my due diligence.
The only key available for the car was the valet key. Although that in itself is not a deal breaker, it was a red flag.
They showed me the passing state inspection, which was great. When I asked for more information regarding the repairs, the sales person got super weird and defensive. Again, I'm ready to buy this car on the spot, but her weirdly defensive behavior threw me off to not doing business with them.
I could be wrong in my assessment, but my impression is that this is not the place to go to buy a car.
