This location is near me, and I will start off by saying we live in a high crime neighborhood, however we also live in a city that doesn't allow for most bags, and what there are, you have to pay for, or bring your own. I brought a small canvas bag to not only see how much I could put into it to easily make it home, but also as there were no hand baskets that I could see, instead of trying to hand hold all my items, boom, another use for the bag. While in the back of the store, one employee came up on me greatly agitated, calling me a thief and threatening to call the cops. I explained my situation and she said it didn't matter, and went on to get the second associate involved. I showed them my money and credit cards, but the aggressions and name calling continued. I then called my partner for whom I was doing the shopping for and told them about the situation to which they responded to just leave everything there and go next door to cvs. And again while I was on that personal call the two associates continue to loudly mock me and call me a thief. And upon my partner hearing this, he told me to leave everything there and go next door to cvs. I then proceeded to ask if they would like me to replace the items that were now in this basket that they had found and they said no; I then asked if they wanted to go through my bag to which the associate who had originally called me a thief, said she would not because it had nothing to do with that. I responded that it seemed like it very much did since that's exactly what she initially came up to me about, however I went next door to CVS, and the manager and crew there had no problem with me putting items in my bag to make sure I could carry them home on the bus, where as for some reason your employees don't want to give out bags but don't want people using recyclable reusable bags either, because those people are apparently thieves.

This is one of the best dollar general ever , always clean , always organized everything you need is there the best I can say is the customer service ❤️❤️❤️ I hope they always keep everything the same I love it . Thank you for everything you guys for yours customers .

I shopped here for the first time today, and I have to say I was extremely impressed! The young man working there was eager to help when I asked him where a couple products were located. He not only showed me where they were, he walked me straight to the products, and was extremely nice while doing so. The store was also very clean, well stocked, and organized. In a time where customer service seems to be lacking almost everywhere else, this store is definitely the exception! They indeed have just added a new regular customer! Great job, guys!

Hands down this is the most quality customer service, clean, and stocked of any dollar general I have ever shopped at. The manager RT is what a real retail manager looks and acts like. His employees respect him and they all seem to enjoy working there.

Charade and London were terrific today. This was my first time in this store. Very clean store. I found party favors for my wedding,kitchen items and so much more. This store had everything I need. Thanks for the great experience ladies

Second time ever coming to this store. I brought my daughter and mom with me this time. Chardae and London took care of us. Very clean store, I will definitely be returning back.

Management needs to check their employees. The cashier, Erica, was coughing all over. Rather than using the inside of her elbow, she opted to cover her mouth with her hands. Keep in mind since their is no longer a mandate, she didn't have a mask on. I stated that she may want to at least sanitize her hands (pandemic or not). She didn't bother. Just kept coughing and scanning customers items. The customer behind me noted that to her, also. Whoever the manager is (be it Erica or not), train your employees about etiquette. No sale today.
