I see a lot of reviews designating this unit as Unprofessional and I agree. But a big thank you to the three nurses in this clinic who work as slaves day in day out to hold this unit together. They give assurance that it shall be well. Without them, this unit would have sunk into the toilet. 70% of the techs are everything the reviews are about; inconsiderate, feel like they are Gods, care less about the patients, play favorites, don’t show up for work and if they do, act like they don’t want to be there, and most importantly, make the unit about themselves and nit the patients. etc. I am still there because of the nurses and I really want to say thank you and for them, as well as the few techs that care, to know that they are appreciated and thought of.

This is the worst place ever. Staff are full of lazy, unprofessional, unsympathetic, uncaring, attitude issued staff. They have their picks of patients that they give privileges. I have a family member that goes there and we're trying our damnest to find a better facility.

This establishment is unprofessional and inconsiderate. As a dialysis patient attending three days per week, I have never been so disastified with healthcare. I requested a gauze bandage for my arm so that it would not leak blood after dialysis. I was informed that this tasks could not be done, and I was sent home with a leaking port on my right arm. Inconsiderate of infection or my feelings. I am never seen on time for my service, I have to wait and I normally miss my arranged transportation as a result. I have requested a transfer since and awaiting. Please do not come to this establishment for your dialysis needs.
