They fixed my laptop the same day. I've been using it for a little over a month now with absolutely no issues, it's good as new, and their prices are great as well. If you ever need to get your laptop fixed for cheap, come here!

Took my 2TB pc in for a new hard drive and when I got it back the hard drive was 500gb 4 times smaller. Was not called to see if that was OK. Was charged $100 for a downgrade to my system. I was told that I needed to request to have the same size hard drive installed. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO CONTACT OF DOWNGRADE.

I took my 2 tb computer to them to have the hard drive replaced and windows re-download. When I got my computer back my hard drive was 500gb. I was not informed of the change. When I called to ask why I was told that every customer is the same and no one has complained before. DONT TAKE UR COMPUTER THERE IF U WANT IT DONE CORRECTLY. I was also told that I needed to ask for something that was already in computer to begin with.
