Never again I mean never ?? they can not do hair i called and made appointment with this shop on the phone she told me text her the style I wanted which was ombré when I get to the shop at scheduled time she was doing another person hair i started to leave but she started up a conversation which made me stay a lil longer the girl took bout 30 mins to finish client before me then my braids looked horrible she did not clean the braids after i guess she act like she did ? very unprofessional messy braiders dont spend your money here go somewhere else there are plenty of other braiding shops on this street Belair rdService: Hair extensions

Let me just say..very unprofessional...I called Sunday to make an app. For Tuesday. because I didn't confirm Monday she said she is at a doctor appt and is unavailable when I'm outside the door at 855 for my 9 am appt.. that's crazy..I couldn't text because I was at work and my cell was unavailable... ..then fatima proceeds to tell me people cancel all the time at the last minute...that may be true but I am a new client and she just put a bad taste in my mouth...Service: Box Braids

I was really looking foward to my appointment today (6/19) due to the good reviews but, unfortunately it never happened. My appointment was scheduled for 10am Sunday which was given to me when I called the Wednesday before. I showed up but the shop wasn't open despite that fact that google said otherwise. I waited for 20 minutes and called several times but no one showed up.

Fatima is the GOAT! Awesome professionalism! Great personality! Extremely extremely extremely I can’t stress this enough, EXTREMELY FAST!!!! She will get you in and out in the blink of an eye. I went in for Medium box braids at 9:40am was out of her chair officially at 2:00 pm. I have never ever had my hair braided so quickly by solely 1 person. My hair was not even 2inches long all over. I had just started to grow out my pixie cut in October 2021. Fatima deserves 10 stars!!!!!! She’s truly blessed!!!!!!Service: Braids

I haven't had braids in about a decade so I was unsure on where to go. I searched Google and called around. After speaking with Fatima and finding out she had the availability and price I was hoping for it was a go! I made the right decision because she is knowledgeable, professional and personable. We had great conversation while my hair was being done, my hair is very short so I was afraid it would hurt.. nope I was fine and left the shop super excited. This will be my go to shop moving forward! I had a great experience here. Thanx again

Amazing service. The owners were really nice and fast. Even helped me bc I’m on crutches at the moment and made sure I was comfortable I had got knotless braids for the first time and I love the way they came out I will be returning

Fatima, professionalism, customer service, and friendliness was everything I needed and more. I was looking for someone to braid my hair (2in) not only was she patient with me but, she was accommodating of my busy schedule! Also, I love how she takes her time & really make sure the customer is truly satisfied before you leave her salon! She will now be my go to braider! Oh, did I mention how affordable her prices are? Ladies you will absolutely love her!!! I was fine before but, now I’m fine fine! I haven’t had braids in my hair since ‘09!Thank you Fatima! You rock!!!!

I was in search of a braided after a less than pleasant experience with another one. I happened across the Google reviews for Fatimah and her shop and decided to take a chance. When I called her on the phone she was so pleasant and accommodating. She even managed to get me in for a next day appointment, which was a blessing. Her shop was clean and she was fast an efficient. What I appreciated most was how painless the process was and the care she took with my natural hair. Though I have not worn braids in years, after finding Fatimah, I will be adding them back in to my hairstyle rotation. She is awesome!

When I left the salon my braids were really wet from her dipping my hair .The back of my shirt was completely soaked and my braids were really heavy . My braids looked very Sloppy in the middle and the back of my head but they were neat at the top. I didn't notice the Sloppy work she had done until I placed my hair in a pony tail a week or two later. This was a waste of $180. I will never go to this braiding shop again or Refer this shop to anyone.
