The pharmacy is Always short staffed and they will admit it. Certain staff is rude and not friendly. I am sure she is overworked just like in my job but i always try my best to treat people with respect they deserve. Talk to your customer , not used gestures. Look at their eyes, smile.

Seems to be problem with them helping elderly with find cheapest pricing for meds. Wanted to charge me 652.00 for a scrip... transferred to Walmart and got meds for 106.00.Walmart checked for cheaper pricing automatically without me asking....Shame on CVS told me it's not up to them to check and that came from their front desk staff

Been waiting about a month for some stupid brand name vitamins to come in. Tried to pick up his other prescription that was already ready and looked at me like I was stupid. I just left these people don’t have the sense they were born with.

they dont know how to answer a damn phone, sitting on hold for 40 minutes so i walked in while they’re literally standing there not doing a damn thing, no line, nothing, so i called while in the store, heard one of them say “im not answering that” wow unbelievable.

A bunch of miserableWomen in this place .MAKES YALL LOOK INSECURE . But I’m here to call out the Filipino lady at pharmacy , first of all she was looking me up and down like a little girl , she either was using the bathroom or something so then she walks behind the counter , don’t say hi or nothing and barley even Wanted to look at me , idk what me standing there patiently has everyone mad for lol !!!! ??? then she says what’s the last name I said it’s a doordash for a Covid test and she basciallly shews me away , another girl says they up front when the other lady said go to pharmacy and I told them it was a flow flex and she just says no so instead of the Filipino lady listening she gets mad saying I need to communicate , and I told her if she would of did her job she would of heard me correctly . So then she rings the sruff up after saying it wasn’t back there and then walks away and has me sitting there and I told her I have to scan it so then the other lady comes over and finishes the transaction . You women are out here making yourselves look foolish , I’m doordashing trying to make ends meet and this is what I deal with everyday . I walk this worldAlone and when I walk in places no matter a business or just outside people get nasty with me , it’s showing your miserable or just don’tLike white people and I can’t help you with that except pray for you and hope you find god before your time is over .I’m sorry you work with unhappy women but be careful who you choose to be ignorant too .

The cashier was very friendly and helpful. Place was well stocked. No wait in the check out line on a Saturday afternoon!! Will recommend as a good place for a quick stop.

WORST PHARMACY LOCATION EVER! Staff does not care about the customers and NEVER EVER answer the phone. If you need any assistance with your prescription they don’t even bother to check the system they just say “it’s not available.” If I could give negative stars. I certainly would!

Talk about not wanting you there !! Very poor customer service and act like it's a hassle to help people get there medications etc I get you want to go home but so do we!!! I love the fact you get a text saying your prescription is ready go in and 3 days later still not ready definitely going to transfer to Walgreens

The individuals who work in pharmacy aren't the friendliest. Came off really cold and unapproachable (especially the young heavy set white woman with glasses). Please improve on your customer skills, would be much appreciated.

This is my pharmacy I have been using for the last 12 years, there is usually a wait for my meds but it is worth the wait as they always get it right.

This is the worst pharmacy. Please try to avoid it. I couldn’t receive my medication which was ordered one week ago.The lady who was called Suzana treated me like a trash.she is so impolite and authoritative. She first told me that she requested the medication and told me to call the next day. When I called the next day, she said she didn’t receive the medication and told me to call my doctor to send the prescription to another CVS pharmacy. When I challenged her she just went away leaving the phone open. Terrible pharmacy.

Meds are NEVER ready on time, it takes days, but when you show up they can have it ready in 15 minutes. The store smells and drive thru is rarely open, when it is you can expect to be in line for 20+ minutes.
