Melissa went above and beyond to help me with a poster print order I was trying to place online. I called the location to get clarity two separate times and she provided great service. She gave me her name and told me to specifically come see her when I arrived at the store. The print order I was placing was for my Aunt's memorial service. Melissa was so sweet, genuine and caring, making my to do list a lot easier during a difficult and busy time. Can't thank you enough Melissa!

This CVS needs to have a conversation with their employees about bad attitudes it's ridiculous that you ring the bell up front to be rung up and the employee has a attitude right from the get go sorry you had to be woken up from your nap.

The lack of communication here is crazy… the Asian older man was the only nice one I encountered but that was on drive through… I got a text my prescription was ready i had to come in just for me not the get acknowledged by the older Asian lady with no type of customer service and then I got told by the younger Asian man that’ they will let me know when my prescription was ready I asked him twice to make sure that all I had to do is wait on the side and they will call my name when it’s ready BUT no one ever called me and time had passed and I already got in line once cause the line was long so I thought it will be done by the time I get to the front and older Asian lady was like you’re not ready to wait in the side… so much time passed so I asked the Asian older lady again if it was ready she asked me did I get a message I told her I been got a message so at this point I had to get back in a long line I waited a whole hour WHEN THE ASIAN OLDER LADY & young Asian guys should have been communicating that my order been done!!! RIDICULOUS WAIT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I don't even leave reviews. Please don't get your prescription here. This CVS is horrendous. Attitudes. 0 communication. Short staffed. They don't see the goodrx coupons added by your doctor. Just a mess. Literally Walmart pharmacy is better than here. I would bet an actual drug dealer would have better customer service.

Was going to transfer my medications here. Can’t even get through. The automated crap is so bad I literally can’t speak to a person. So they ask if your number is good to call back. It’s literally not on the options to speak to someone live lol.
I don’t need to be called back I need to speak to someone. Not on an hour or a day, now!
Ridiculous and worthy of their horrible reviews. CVS shouldn’t be in the business of pharmaceuticals. They obviously don’t care enough and are so overwhelmed with their under staffed business model that it’s reached a point of no return. Unreal

Drive up window is not being staffed, no signage out there, total lack of courtesy from staff inside.

Pharmacy is terrible, staff needs retrained or re-staffed.
Rude, Unwilling to help and extremely slow. Also their work hours and break times are very inconvenient they close the entire pharmacy down instead of switching off on breaks like other branches.
Thought maybe I was the only person experiencing these issues but after reading the reviews looks like this location has been a problem for a while now.

The pharmacy is Always short staffed and they will admit it. Certain staff is rude and not friendly. I am sure she is overworked just like in my job but i always try my best to treat people with respect they deserve. Talk to your customer , not used gestures. Look at their eyes, smile.

Seems to be problem with them helping elderly with find cheapest pricing for meds. Wanted to charge me 652.00 for a scrip... transferred to Walmart and got meds for 106.00.Walmart checked for cheaper pricing automatically without me asking....Shame on CVS told me it's not up to them to check and that came from their front desk staff

Been waiting about a month for some stupid brand name vitamins to come in. Tried to pick up his other prescription that was already ready and looked at me like I was stupid. I just left these people don’t have the sense they were born with.

they dont know how to answer a damn phone, sitting on hold for 40 minutes so i walked in while they’re literally standing there not doing a damn thing, no line, nothing, so i called while in the store, heard one of them say “im not answering that” wow unbelievable.
