The pharmacy is Always short staffed and they will admit it. Certain staff is rude and not friendly. I am sure she is overworked just like in my job but i always try my best to treat people with respect they deserve. Talk to your customer , not used gestures. Look at their eyes, smile.

Seems to be problem with them helping elderly with find cheapest pricing for meds. Wanted to charge me 652.00 for a scrip... transferred to Walmart and got meds for 106.00.Walmart checked for cheaper pricing automatically without me asking....Shame on CVS told me it's not up to them to check and that came from their front... read full comment
