DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! There are so many things I can list that make this pharmacy the worst pharmacy in a 65 mile radius but by far the biggest issue that just ticks me off the most is how they deliberately do not pick up the phones what so ever!!! Like ever!! Well, they will SOMETIMES when the female pharmacist is working, but definitely it occurs when the male (Indian I believe but I could be wrong) is working. I forgot his name.. but he should lose his license. He laughed at me when I told him it was wrong because I sat on hold waiting for the pharmacy for over 3 hours and then finally decided to drive there, and I walked in while still being on hold, walked up to their counter while still being on hold on my speaker phone and asked what the hell the deal was because all the phones were ringing and were not busy at all at the time and 3 people were just sitting there talking and laughing. Oh and it’s pretty sad when the store manager of that cvs pretty much begged me to call corporate on them because the store manager himself told me they do that on purpose everyday because they do not feel like dealing with people on the phones. Well I’m a single mother of 3 small kids, I take a few meds as well as my kids do and I sometimes need to call them and it’s exhausting having to drive there just to ask a simple questions…
Ok rant done lol. But they’re just a joke. The store itself and the regular retail associates are awesome there but the pharmacy is a big hell no.

If you have a script for narcotics, count your pills at the register. Someone is shorting people.

This CVS never has any items stocked and if they do its not a variety at all. They are also overpriced. The workers are always nice though.

Pharmacy is very rude I see why this location has. 2.1 instead of them listening them become rude and not them not evening knowing what location they're at ridiculous

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but my experience was great !
My prescription was called in around 4 pm, I went pick it up around 8 pm. It was ready and waiting for me. The pharmacy had multiple employees working. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. And picked up several additional healthcare items and checked out at pharmacy too. I definitely come back here again .

Long wait time as usual. This time went there to get a vaccine and this lady just came over bringing the syringe and bandage with her hands (no container or anything). Worst thing is she never asked for patient identifiers which was really unsafe. When I asked her when the next dose should be, she answered differently from CDC-standards.

Pharmacy: You are more likely to win the lottery than get waited on in a reasonable time at this pharmacy. Have waited 2 hrs in the drive in line multiple times. I have finished an entire movie in the line and the inside is not much better. Good luck calling in though because the minimum time on hold has been 40 minutes over 20 calls. Have had 10 times in a year where the meds were not available even though they were said to be finished. The job is hard and I am not sure where the problem is. My bet is the owner since this location seems to have tons of staff turn over. I am done with this location. Don't even think about going here if you enjoy your sanity.
Life is too short. This location doesn't deserve to be in business.

I had such a pleasant experience with Shawntae in the drop off area of the pharmacy. She was a breath of fresh air. She was so kind and went above and beyond to help me.

CVS at 2911 East Joppa Rd has an outstanding employee, Ray, who helped me navigate the CVS app on my phone. He got me savings I would otherwise not have taken advantage of. In turn, I purchased more because he showed me how to look for the coupons by using the scanner on the app which I didn't even know existed. I left the store feeling very satisfied. I purchased more than I intended, but I was very happy because of the great deals that I got due to Ray's help. Ray was very pleasant, professional, and friendly. I really appreciated his work attitude - something rarely seen these days. Thanks again Ray.
