So unprofessional.
I was here on 07/07/24 at 2 p.m.
No body was on frontdesk for a long time.
Waiting a long time for somebody come to upfront and help me with my purchase.
When she came she talked so offensively like I am stupid.
I asked her "if I buy these vitamins and deodorants,I will get on the next purchase of the same one 50% discount?"
She told me "you can see it on the screen and why you are asking?" Like I am dumb or something.
I am asking to make sure idiot since your closet is locked and I do not want to waste your time to get one more if there is no discount.
By the way, this is your job to explain the customers if they have a question or need help even the stupid ones, not just for moving around and get paid.
Another person who was in charge answered my question politely and I appreciated it. I hope we can see people like this more who are helpful and friendly.
However, I dont know how much they are understaffed that these kind of people are hired to work here?
Would not come if I see this idiot here again.

Pharmacy is terrible! Tried to give me a different version of my prescription medication, good thing I caught it before I got it! They also were extremely rude when I told them I wanted the prescription I was prescribed! Should be shut down! My prescription didn’t even come in the original box!

Asking for them to do their job is too much to ask for. Everyone, excluding the pharmacist(as I didn’t have an interaction with her) is incompetent. My prescription needed insurance authorization in which they didn’t tell me at the register. I then went to speak with the tech at consultation which told me this information and that it would be the prescribing physician’s responsibility. I called the physicians office and they instructed me that the pharmacy needs to call for authorization.
The two women at the register at pharmacy were on a FaceTime call. Oh, I almost forgot the best part! They had multiple patient’s disclose their DOB beside other patients they instructed to come up to the counter at once.
The pharmacy seems disorganized and the employees wear their misery. I won’t be returning back to any CVS in the future.

The worse pharmacy I ever been too ! They are unprofessional, have you waiting in line a long time never answer the phone , they had me come 4 days with out getting my medicine instead of them telling me I was to early the first day , they very ghetto and poor customer service make sure you check your medication they will give you the wrong ones as if these people don’t have degree or certifications it’s sickening

I was walking to the pharmacy and they were getting ready for break but not completely finished so I asked in a polite manner if he could hurry and full my baby's prescription and the African pharmacist and pharmacist tech was saying no and didn't care that my baby has a 105 fever and I really needed to give it to him and as they walk over towards the gate to fully pull the gate down and still say to come back 45 minutes later after they break
As a black dad I feel helpless and humiliation
I can't help my baby lord help I have to wait forty-five mins in the car

This the most unorganized store and pharmacy, hours for Easter were listed as opening at 11 , never opened, never enough pharmacy registered open , lines rediculou!!

Never answer the phone. EVER. currently on hold 30+ min. Last time they shorted me 170 pills. Trying to get the rest of them has been a nightmare. Non responsive, extreme attitude, and they literally gave me a 100 pills for a quantity of 270 prescription which is both THEFT AND FRAUD. Not sure how they haven’t been shut down.
