I had to pick up my daughter’s medication just to be told everyone was on break all at once. I don’t know any business that allows there employees to go on break all at one time. No signs even showing the break time. I speak money going all the way up there for nothing. Imagine if I was diabetic or had a chronic illness? The lack of professionalism is appalling. And I will be calling corporate.

They deserve ZERO stars!!! Pharmacist with dreads is not accommodating at all. My child suffering eye pain told us we had to wait an hour for an eye drop. There were no other customers waiting in the pharmacy. He was sitting down using his cellphone. Very unprofessional. I used to work in the pharmacy at cvs I know the process for waiting customers, which makes this even more sickening. Do better with your patients. The absolute worse experience!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Horrible, I was on hold for almost a hour before hanging up. I attempted again and received the same result, how can you run a pharmacy like I asked that is unbelievable and should be unacceptable. I pray that they get new management because it’s definitely needed.

I won't be coming to this store. Since management change it has drastically gone down hill. No one greats you. No one will allow you to use coupons sent the your card or printed. Then they have no explanation. Idc if you gave me a $20 coupon I will drive to Owings Mills to go to CVS and I will be contacting customer service not a store manager that is more worried about talking to security then creating customers. So sad in this world its these people who don't wanna work and in turn are nasty and make it hard. Courtney was the beat manager and I will follow him. This store can kick rocks

Dirty location, broken door glass that they refuse to repair, they don't open until 9am, which is very late for people who have jobs, and their pharmacy is mind-blowingly slow.I hate this location but they closed the only other one in Northwest Baltimore.The head pharmacist is pretty nice though, so thank God for that.

I love how easy it was to locate the hair brand products I was looking for. The prices were as stated by the producer of the product. I am extremely satisfied and I will be returning to get the rest of these products soon.

Voice automation told my medicine would be ready at 2:45 been calling since 3:18 and no one is picking up the phone .
