Got to be the worst CVS ever. They no longer answer the phones, now everything goes to voicemail and they don’t return calls. I left two voicemails about a prescription and my insurance info on file being incorrect and they were ignored, of course, which is STILL DELAYING MY PRESCRIPTIONS. The pharmacist barely speaks understandable English which is fine but she refuses to speak up, even when you’ve expressed that you can’t hear or understand her. She doesn’t look at you when she speaks and she rambles off her words like she’s talking to herself. The assistants or pharmacy tech or whatever you call them are absolutely horrible. They’re rude and hate their jobs and it’s obvious, but why work in healthcare if you hate interacting with people and answering question? Shut this place down or hire new staff

Worst CVS ever. Dropped off prescription for 2 pills @ 10:45. I tried to call at 4:30. Still nothing so I drove to the store to see what was the issue. Finally @5:00 they filled my 2 pill prescription. What a joke. Worst store ever. The only reason I gave one star review is so I could write about how much that store sucks.

Literally the worse CVS known to man , they never have your prescriptions in time it takes forever to get someone on the phone. Whatever you do please don’t place a pickup order they will cancel your order without even looking , i ended up placing a order for pull-ups and Lysol not even 5 mins after placing the order my order was canceled, i went into the store and literally found everything that was apart of my pickup order with no issues whatsoever

God, where too start, if I could give them 0 I would, this place is horrible, if you like waiting around and never getting anything done, then this is the place for you ? other then that PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE, go somewhere else that actually cares about you, they’ll never answer, have you waiting around, and will NEVER fill your prescription on time

Based on the five minutes I was there I can see this location needs better management. The pharmacist was on the phone and the assistant just ignored me and kept stocking shelves. I was the only customer waiting to drop off my prescription. I guess the customer doesn't matter.

It closes at 8pm. You arrive at 6 pm and it is already closed. And the pharmacy staff are not friendly at all.

Wait on the phone for so long to speak to thr pharmacy, I had time to drive to the physical store and walk up to the counter, while still on the phone with them. As I'm standing there, I can hear the internal alert that a caller is on the line. Not one person even glanced at the phone. Avoid this place if you value your time and sanity.
Bd better cvs. This is deplorable.

Not understanding why. Aren’t you supposed to arrive 15 minutes ahead of time to make she the store is open on time? I can’t stand a place to have employees open and close when they want too.

CVS pharmacy has always treated us great, over the past 2 years it has gone down hill with the current staff. The black girl with glasses is honestly very rude everytime I go there I can’t comment much on the other staff but the black girl with glasses is always rude for no reason and constantly rolls here eyes whenever you need assistance. I would not be surprised if she gets fired soon. Them being understaffed is probably the reason the manager tolerates her, I don’t see her being their longevity. Do better CVS hire more experienced respectful people it’s obvious they are understaffed !CVS pharmacy has always treated us great, over the past 2 years it has gone down hill with the current staff. 11/22 couple minutes before closing but before 8pm I had cut myself and I had a huge laceration on my hand needed bandaids. Two people closed and lock the doors before the scheduled timing and this is the only CVS in my area it was two girls and they both looked at me and ignored me through the window. I will be calling corporate.

I was trying to transfer my mothers medication out state cvs to this Cvs and pharmacy staff was horrible one of lady pharmacy technician or pharmacist yelled at me when i was trying to calmly tell her my mother is in medicare and its fed program she she yelled at me instead if helping me figure out solutions both ladies working there should not be in public service feild horrible experience never will return to this location again
