Do not send your prescriptions here, you will regret it. I just tried to pick up my medications for the third time this week and for the third time this week the pharmacy was closed when it was supposed to be open. The poor cashiers in the main store have no idea of how to know when the pharmacy will be open. I’m now cold turkey off my meds which is literally dangerous and experiencing side effects due to going cold turkey. I may have to go to the ER.

There are some nice people who work here and the store isn’t all bad. However, for the 2nd time in the past month I’ve stopped here on the way to work and the doors are locked during operating hours. Today (2/5/24) it is 9:32am, they’re suppose to open at 9am, and the front doors are locked.

On the website it says they open at 10am on Sunday don't open til 11am

The pharmacy staff tried to disrespect me and put my health information out there. She was loud and rude. Corporate is being called, I need my compensation for this. Hippa was violated to the max.

I placed order online but pharmacy cancelled my order. I visited them to ask about my order, they said we don’t have this medicine in stock. Thus I started searching for other alternate options, during my search I found that medicine that I placed order online and pharmacy canceled it with a reason of “out of stock”.

I've been to this CVS on several occasions to use my coupons which comes in very handy. Today I just needed baby oil, and remembered my $5 off coupon ........ walked out with 3 items paying $.84 cents

I’ve never been to a pharmacy with a wait time of over 24 hrs for medicine they have in stock. The pharmacy staff is very rude as well. I’ve been trying to get my prescription transferred to Safeway for 2 days but CVS won’t answer the phone

They'll waste your time. They'll lie and say what they think you want to hear. They won't answer the phone and they'll lie some more. They don't care about you your time your health or your prescription. I've been trying to get a prescription transferred for several days after they haven't had it almost a month. I can't even get it transferred because they don't answer phones not even from prescribers.

Absolutely infuriated. I just left there and my visit was less than pleasant. I called to ask about their photo center they left me on hold so I came up there in a Lyft just to find out that the camera wasn’t working. I asked if I could use the backdrop because I needed to get a picture for work. They watched me struggle to take a picture then I decided to grab a few items and my hands were full and when I got to the register I dropped an item and the guard walked right past it smh
