This CVS refuses to take third party discount cards despite being contractually obligated to, for no other reason besides greed. Strongly recommend saving yourself money and not rewarding greed by taking your business elsewhere. The CVS on Falls Road, less then two miles away does accept GoodRX and charges me half of what this CVS does.

Completely mannerless and customer unfriendly store. Called to find out about medicine pick-up for a sick student, and the woman who answered the phone did not even wait to hear the full sentence and put me on hold for 15 mins and disconnected. If you are not interested in working customer service or retail you should work in a filed where you don't talk to anybody. Good for nothing.

I am leaving a one to bring attention to the manager (I presume).
But, in all fairness, I will give five stars to the employee who calmed me down with guess what?
Customer service
Remember that?
I was a retail manager for all of the eighties when we lived under the credo “Customer is always right”.
Now in certain areas, if the customer is black… give only perfunctory service.
But
I will still come back, because some of your employees get it.
Sadly,
It’s not the leader.

Absolutely the rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered. CVS should be ashamed to have someone like him working in a customer care position.

Transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. No communication when medications are unavailable, no automatic filling when that medication does come into stock (but will still say it’s too soon to refill because the “request” was put in, even though it wasn’t actually filled), and no flexibility on assisting when doctor specifically requests multiple months of medically necessary medications because they haven’t had it for months and months. Sometimes they’ll just say “we don’t have it” on the phone and hand up. I’m sure it’s not the pharmacists faults and they’re trying their best with difficult circumstances, but I’ve gone weeks without medication because of their lack of communication.

Worst customer service i’ve experienced. I was gaslit by the store manager and they stole $16 from me. He was extremely rude, passive aggressive, and should actually be fired. I walked out of there crying.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy counter. The staff act as if I’m bothering their day to fill a prescription.
Guess I should find another pharmacy so she can continue to browse on her phone.
I lead with nothing but kindness and received nothing but attitude.

Hello!
Just a quick note that you guys should really pay attention to how your employees treat your patrons. I was shopping at my local CVS at 3200 St. Paul Street in Baltimore, MD when one of your managers (Blonde guy named Tom), patted my personal cloth bag and verbally harassed me while I was at self-check out. I had to continuously tell Tom that I knew what I was doing and that I did not need his assistance. It was truly a frustrating experience and I'm disappointed that my local CVS has now resulted to treating regular customers like criminals. Please ensure that this doesn't happen again. Thank you!

CVS Pharmacy - lined up down the aisle as usual. Don’t come, go somewhere else. I usually get my medications delivered by the pharmacy at Chase Brexton. They are such a pleasure to work with. This nightmare at CVS will take an hour. It always does.

I visited this CVS on 32nd Street near Charles Village in Baltimore, Maryland, hoping to schedule my Covid vaccination appointment. As a nurse at Johns Hopkins, I was shocked and disappointed by the extremely rude behavior of the pharmacy staff, particularly the lady in the back. Her demeanor was unhelpful and blatantly disrespectful, which is completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting.
I approached her for assistance with scheduling my vaccination, but instead of offering any help, she was dismissive and unprofessional. Her attitude left me with serious doubts about her ability to administer any kind of medical care with the necessary care and compassion. As a healthcare professional myself, I understand the importance of patient care and professionalism, and her behavior fell far short of these standards.
While this negative experience won't deter me from using CVS for other services, such as shopping for everyday items, I will be taking my business elsewhere for my vaccination needs. I plan to visit Walgreens, where I hope to find a more pleasant and professional pharmacist who values customer service and respects their role in public health.
Based off of the other reviews I’m moved to understand why is nothing being done about this, I guess a review will not suffice and perhaps a podcast and or a big old fashioned email complaint to corporate office will suffice, maybe I’ll get my school to endeavor on this. Prepare the Resumes

Everyone in the pharmacy is so rude. No matter who, or when, it’s always the most irritating experience in store and on the phone. Very horrible health care experience.

Employs some of the worst people in the city. One day I go to pick up my prescription and they say it’ll be ready in an hour. The next day I come back and they say they don’t have it even though I can clearly see stacks of boxes of the prescription. They won’t even let me look at the boxes to see if it’s the correct dosage lol

I just came from shopping at my local CVS, Store ID: #10565. Let me just say, I was impressed at how incredible the store looked. For a while, inventory has been all over the store, making it difficult to navigate down the aisles. Then suddenly, poof, it was gone! It's amazing how fast the staff worked to put the store back together. This was a problem in the past as we had a deluge of managers who just couldn't get the job done. Whoever is there now is killing it! The staff are friendly and engaged with customers. Wait times have also been reduced. Keep up the splendid work #10565!
