Please do not use this pharmacy. If you don't drive, there are pharmacies that will deliver for free with insurance. The pharmacy workers at this location are incompetent and rude. Because of the many mistakes made just filling prescriptions I am certain people are getting incorrect medications. If I didn't work near the area I would have never used this pharmacy. I gave them 3 chances and it keeps getting worse. Please take the time to locate another pharmacy.

IF I CAN RATE THIS CVS LOCATION NEGATIVE 100 THEN I WOULD!!!! Since the start I enrolled in this CVS pharmacy, it's been always problem. Today is Monday, I went there to pick up my refill drugs that I ordered by phone since Friday but only to be told that they didnt receive the order and made me wait for almost half hour. Finally, instead I should have received 2 prescriptions but I got one. I complained but the staffs were all RUDE, NOT PROFESSIONAL, ARROGANCE. One of the staff African American lady even said " you can find other CVS place " it was quite a scene between me and them. Please please pleaseeeee I m begging to anyone, find other CVS place as your main pharmacy destination but NOT this location. This place should have out of business long time ago. I quit this place because today. I have had it, I m fed up. I've been patient. Congratulation!!!! You just lost a customer and I hope hundreds more will be quitting this CVS pharmacy at this location and find better place as their medications/prescriptions needs!!!! WHAT A JOKE THIS CVS PHARMACY WEST FRANKLIN ST!!!! SHAME ON YOU, ALL INCOMPETENT, RUDE AND ARROGANT PHARMACY STAFFS!!!!

Staff at the pharmacy are rude and dismissive. I waited on hold for 37 minutes to speak with a pharmacy tech. It took so long, I got up from my sick bed and drove to the store before they actually answered. Subpar service at its best! If you have the option, go elsewhere!

Worst CVS ever, the doctor puts in your prescription but you have to wait 3/5 days before it’s available. Long lines and never ready even tha alert is sent to your phone. I’ve been sitting here waiting for 30mins now

The worst CVS in Baltimore City. The pharmacy and the arrogance of the employees was disgraceful. Long lines and waits . Cashiers and greeters were pleasant.

If I could give it no stars I would. My prescription sit there every month for 28 days and every month its never ready. I don't know what they be doing that my prescription is never ready but it's frustrating, and if there was another pharmacy in my area I would definitely change. This pharmacy is terrible...then when you say something about why your medicine is late again they have an attitude like you did something wrong to them. This cvs needs HELP BAD!!!

This location is literally the worst. The pharmacy never answers the phone, they take forever to fulfill prescriptions, and their communication is piss poor. If you need to find out information about your prescriptions you have no choice but to go in personally.

The ABSOLUTE WORSE pharmacy in the city of disgusting Baltimore!!!! First off the people who work there are horrid. They have 0 customer service skills. It’s like they found these people off the streets. Then the actual pharmacist/doctor whoever he claims to be stands around like he’s a God or something. You have him and 3 women in the back dragging their feet like they don’t have a line of 50 people waiting to pick up their medicine. Oh and don’t let me get into their old 1946 computer system that randomly goes down which causes the line of 50 to become 180!!!! They don’t apologize or nothing. Still dragging their long heavy slew footed feet. Please check your medicine before leaving this pharmacy to make sure it’s what you’re supposed to have because one cvs is about to get sued for giving a pregnant woman abortion medicine and if I didn’t already know where this happened I would have believed it was this trash box of a pharmacy. They need to shut this ghetto dirty trifling place down. I wouldn’t even dare get a vaccine at this place. Never again! I’ll go to Zimbabwe for a pharmacy before I ever come here again!!!!!!
