It's currently Sunday 6/23 at 0812. Both Google and the Store Hours sign says the store opens at 0800. I called and received no response. The hours need to be updated so that customers are not inconvenienced. If the hours are correct, management needs to speak with their employees.

Unfortunately consistent poor experiences with this pharmacy. I stuck it would with them for 2yrs and I had to leave. And than I tried using them again recently and they caused me not to get my medicine filled before my vacation because of how rude, unkind, and unhelpful they are. Also, they consistently have never ever answered their phone when I called them over the last two weeks multiple times. This could be a great pharmacy in a good location, but it is a horrible experience. Also, the store manager on duty when I complained was very very rude and kept saying it wasn’t her problem cuz the pharmacy is separate from them. This really is so unfortunate.

Fair warning: if you drive, try to park on the street because the previously free garage parking lot now costs a minimum of $3. Beverage coolers are poorly stocked. And no thanks, I don't need a frozen pizza badly enough to wait for an attendant to come over and unlock the freezer. In fact, most items are now inaccessible without an attendant. Now the employees are decent and helpful enough but I hate making them follow me through the store to unlock all the things on my shopping list. The prescription service is decent but again make sure you walk or park on the street to avoid that paid parking tax.

My prescription was on auto refill; however, they did not refill it and would not let me refill it without speaking to the pharmacy. I could not connect with the pharmacy, and by the time the refill request went through, it was too late for me to get my prescription in time for when I needed it. This is the 4th CVS pharmacy I’ve used, and I’ve never had this problem before. I will not be using any CVS for prescriptions moving forward.

The hours listed on their sign and online are incorrect. They close at 8pm, sometimes 7pm.

Supposed to be open till 7:00 got there at 6:00 p.m. and the pharmacy was closed. Went there because I couldn't get anyone to answer for hours. They all are nice but are definitely understaffed. Seems to be a CVS trend. They treat their employees horrible while making millions.

If you enjoy being hung up on, having delayed or missing prescriptions, extra charges to your account, or just all around being treated like dirt, by all means shop here.Edited on 22 Nov 2023:Moved up to 2 stars because the head pharmacist is solid at his job and gets things done efficiently. He alone is the two stars. Unfortunately, he also looks to be the lone pharmacist. I hope he's getting 2-3x the normal salary because he's doing at least that compared to the previous pharmacists. Technicians better but still frequently messing up orders that cause frustrating delays - at least they seen polite now? ?? Still avoid when possible.

I'm putting two stars only because the store always has what I need and the pharmacy is good and timely. The store itself is not clean. The store opened in 2018 I believe and has taken a downward spiral. I went to check out and the carpet in front of the registers was filthy. That's saying alot for already dark carpet. It also smelt like vomit.Let me reiterate, I have never had a problem with the staff, the store itself is disgusting. This is disappointing.

I was originally skeptical about going to this pharmacy because of the reviews, but had an above and beyond experience. I recently moved to the area for a new job and had to transfer my medications from another CVS. The store itself is also well run, and every person working went out of their way to be friendly. I told my partner about my shockingly good experience, and she said, "When have you ever had a good experience at a pharmacy and written a positive review for it?" so here I am.
